Our basketball group is doing a fundraiser with Krispy Kreme. There was a bit of a mix up on the pick up time for our order. Even though Tiffany and Jonathan were not responsible for the mix up, they were quick to accommodate and exhibited great customer service. This amazing establishment went above and beyond for my deployed hubby (returning fairly soon)! He got word of a limited time donut and asked if I could freeze him one. My friend went on a hunt yesterday for the banana pudding donuts and our local locations couldn’t help us. This store made a fresh batch just for us so that we can freeze them and surprise him when he comes home! Thank you so much!!!
I love Krispy Kreme - My girls and I go to get donuts every Saturday or Sunday and this is one of our favorite places.
The staff were very friendly ! We will be back next time we are in Boone!

How great is it that Krispy Kreme is on the main boulevard in Boone! Anytime is a great time for a "Hot Now!"

When you see that hot and ready sign lit that's your signal to get in there and take care of business! Staff was pleasant and some customers who we're in the store paid it forward by giving us some coupons to use! Hope the chain continued after we played our part. Nevertheless, I don't have a single complaint from our visit today. Oh, and the hot chocolate is also pretty good 👌

I've always been given delicious fresh donuts every time I've come through here, never once an old or stale donut. In addition to this, their service is BLINDINGLY quick in my experience. I got 2 dozen donuts from a drive through and was given them with zero delay. Impressive!
What inspired me to leave a review is just how kind and chipper the employees are here. They always seem very eager to serve you and will cheer you up.
It is worth mentioning that the inside of the shop is closed and the drive thru ONLY is open, but I doubt this is due to choice. Lots of places are understaffed and I'm guessing by the "help wanted" signs present in the drive thru windows that this place is too. For a business working during these times, between the pandemic and the "great resignation" as many are calling it, they are doing a wonderful job in my opinion.
We came in and asked about when the sign would be lit - the wonderful cashier working the front told us exactly when to come back, and when we came back she already had two set aside for us! You can tell she really pays attention to each customer, even though they were understaffed.
Great place! We went there because if you are in elementary school(and maybe high school) and you bring your report card, they will give each child one donut for EVERY 'A' that you have. We brought our two young sisters and they walked out with half a dozen donuts EACH. Pretty cool!(the limit per person for doing this is 6 donuts). They usually have hot and fresh glazed donuts, which are AMAZING! And for kids, they have classic paper donut-maker little hats you can wear.
DONUTS! They're great when I have a sweet tooth, staff are chill, and you get what you pay for at Krispy Kreme's. They always keep things clean and it's well worth stopping by. Me and my friends can agree this is an awesome place to stop at.
I don't write many reviews but The Boone Krispy Kreme is the Best I ever been to! So glad the kids talked me into stopping by. They are clean, nice, patient, & their 🍩 donuts actually are Filled with filling!!! Will be back when in town! I'd rather drive the extra way and come to Boone than Asheville store. Boone is the best
I went today for my graduation doughnuts and the ladies who helped me were so kind! They congratulated me and even commented on how nicely decorated my cap was for graduation. <3 this Krispy Kreme has a really nice staff.
Awesome Doughnuts! When the red light is on turn in, friendly staff with kids and cool souvenir hats and they have a window to watch the glazing of doughnuts! One time their systems were down and they gave us free doughnuts for the trouble!
We came here for the free coffee and donuts so we did not purchase anything. Donuts were tasty and the coffee was alright. Definitely wouldn't buy the coffee in the future but the donuts are well worth it. My daughter loved it and loved the hat they had out.
No matter what time of day that we've ever arrived here, the donuts are extremely fresh and exceptional. We bought a dozen filled and got a dozen plain free. The filled donuts were filled to the limit. Some locations in other cities and towns, you're lucky to more then a token amount of filling. We've never had that problem here at all. Also, months ago when we were at this same location, the computer registers were down and they just gave us two dozen donuts for the inconvenience. THAT tells you a lot about the management there. Our favorite location for donuts.
