I just want to say that I appreciate how awesome the service is at our local McDonald’s and I’m not being sarcastic. I don’t go very often. Usually I only go with the grandkids so they can play while enjoying a Happy Meal. Sometimes I get breakfast there if I have somewhere to go after work. The Egg White Delight is pretty good and not to terribly unhealthy. I went this morning and was impressed with the service. I had a short weight and someone was nice enough to inform me that they were cooking it fresh and they would get it out ASAP. They apologized when they brought it to me and included an apple pie. Very courteous. Very friendly. These were all young people. You know, “these kids today.” Lazy, ungrateful and eating Tide Pods. Nope. They were working hard probably for minimum wage and still taking the time to be friendly. Amazing considering how rude I have witnessed some customers being. So keep doing what you’re doing. Y’all are awesome and deserve a living wage for “flipping burgers.”

Thanks to the manager this morning (3/6/2018). My order was messed up in the drive through, and I had to drive back across town to go in and get it fixed. I could have simply called and complained, but mistakes do happen (guess what, we’re all human!), and they graciously replaced my meal. THAT is customer service, my friends!

Fast service and good prices. Burger was not plain as requested, but everything else was very good.
