I personally like iHop. We usually have a great time. This particular restaurant is pretty good. Not as full as the other ones. I think they need more personnel. For the rest, it was a good experience. Warm food and very fresh.
It was nice and quiet food was good. I felt bad for the sever though it was Saturday at 9am it started to get really busy and he had to manage 6 tables by himself one was a large party. They should staff better for weekends it wasn't fair to him because I had to wait so long for him to get around to me. I wasn't upset at him at all and still left a good tip because he deserved it working so hard. It's the management that should of at least jumped in to help.
It was a little hard to find when you're unfamiliar with the area. It's in the corner. Server was friendly and dining area was clean. She was good to give me the kids eat free discount even though I didn't see it still being advertised. Restroom was decent (Not the cleanest, but not the worst I've been in either). Price was very reasonable for what we got.
This is a great place to share with family. Eventhough the service wasn't the fastest, I have to said it was quite great and friendly. Apparently they are missing some of the staff members because we were there on a Saturday evening and we saw just 2 hosts/servers in the entire restaurant. They were polite, helpful and nice, they definitely deserve the whole credit together with the chef for our good experience. Food was delicious and very well cooked.
I thought it would be busy since it’s by a lot of bigger chain stores but it wasn’t. Prices are good and you get a lot of food for the $$$. Food was delicious and hot, and the service was great. We had a person with us, who had specific dinning issues and the ihop server was well informed and was able to adjust the food order.
They did an excellent job at social distancing. They have taken their menu and produced a disposable paper copy, which I took home to recycle. There was a small problem with my order, which they corrected. Our waitress was wonderful. Why the 4 stars ... I miss their potatoe pancakes. They were the best.
We were ravenous after our trek at the pyramid mountain and enroute decided to have lunch here. The place was awesome. The service was excellent and the food equally splendid and excellent. Would definitely have lunch breakfast there if visiting that area again it is worth every penny. Even now after 4 hours the taste is still lingering in the taste buds. This IHOP has spoilt me for taste.
I ordered my family breakfast to go but when I went in the car some of the order was missing but they didn't charge me. I went back inside to order more food and the manager refused to make me pay for the 5 pcakes. She didn't have to do that but she did it which was nice of her. Very nice people in that ihope and it's clean also.
Not gonna lie, expectations weren't high, but the salad I had there was delicious. Wife felt the same way. They have a kids eat free promotion running as well. Even without it, the prices are more than reasonable.
This place is really great. The chef is amazing, from what I understand its been the same chef for quite some time now. I have been going here loyally for a good 3 years and I do not have any complaints. They don't have Wi-Fi, which is good- bout time people put the phones down and communicate with each other!
I often feel bad because at times it is empty. As I went late this afternoon and when we first walked in, we were the only visitors. I just wouldn't want it to disappear, IHOP is limited for locations. They have been around a long time(as with Kmart, Sears) its a part of my youth. Maybe its personal, lol.
Grinch who stole Christmas pancakes never disappoint. All my kids have been eating these year after year. This IHOP is quickly my favorite. Plenty of space, tons of parking, fast service. We will surely be back
They were short-staffed and if you could tell in the timing our food got to us, you couldn't tell in the quality. Superb. Very friendly and personable staff. Nice stop before a very long drive up to the lake. Appreciate you guys.
