Excellent food. First time in a shake shack
Ordered ‘shroom burger (amazing), with spicy crinkle cut fries (way too spicy, even for a Korean), and Shake Shack burger with a gluten free bun (the gf bun didn’t fall apart, which is rare!). Lots of seating at this location.
The service is over-expected! Nice, wide and clean space. I went there for a quick lunch with family. And they all love it! both burger and place.
The food is absolutely delicious. The customer service was beyond amazing. The workers here are so helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10. I'd come back here again. Can't wait to try something new next time. The burger I had was so amazing and the fries are delicious and I had a Oreo funnel cake was the most amazing shake I had is a worker by the name Calvin and he deserves a big raise impeccable service. I just want to say thank you. I can't wait to come back again
Great place. They have entertainment for kids like crayons and coloring paper. The staff was kind to help me get the stroller up along the stairs. Wonderful food, tasty shakes.
The place is spacious, clean with fast service. The burger is salty and small in my opinion.
Really like the hamburger with mushroom! The guy who is responsible for delivering food is friendly.
We enjoy grabbing lunch at Shake Shack whenever we find one. This Shake Shack is located on Newbury Street in Boston Massachusetts. Great selection of Burgers!! The people working here are very friendly and attentive. They do offer both indoor and outdoor dining. Quality is much better than the other burger franchises. Definitely check this location on Newbury Street in Boston!! You will be glad you did!!!
I came to this Shake Shack having gone 6 years since the last time I’ve had a burger from them. I had forgotten how great the meat was here. I ordered a double smoke shack and the juicy first bite made my mouth wet like nothing has ever before. I will definitely come back to eat more of Shake Shack’s meat. Next time I plan on getting a lettuce wrap because the bun absorbed too much of the juicy liquids.
I mean, it's a shake shack. Food is always solid but I honestly barely consider shake shack fast food because of the prices. I stopped by for the hot ones burger from their new promotion and got nothing else, and it cost me over 13 dollars after tax and tip (granted I did get a double patty).
Burger itself was juicy and overall good as expected from shake shack, but it really wasn't spicy (which also wasn't unexpected I guess haha)
Burgers were pretty good. I feel for the price you could probably get a little more food (fries especially), but all in all the meal was very good. I had the smoke shack with crinkle fries and a cup of water. Service was quick, and the location had two levels so you could sit downstairs or upstairs. The burgers had just the right amount of grease and flavor. Would probably come back some other time for one of their famous shakes.
Nice to have NYC burger chain in Boston! Consistently delicious burgers and the line here moves much faster than in NYC, which is nice. There's a fusball table downstairs and plenty of seating. Outdoors seating available too. There are also TV screens with sports channels on. Can be a little wait during lunch time, but it's worth it. Also, very importantly, there's beer in tap that pairs nicely with your food!
My favorite fast casual dining burger. I’m sure their creative burgers are great... but gotta stick with the classic double shack. Also a mostly well run operation with clean tables and timely service.

It is higher quality burger and fries chain! It is a spot I go to if I am feeling up for treating myself. I was not a fan of crinkle cut fries because the ones at schools just aren’t any good. However the ones here definitely changed my feelings toward crinkle cut fries. I like the fries and shack burger here! It’s nice that they try and experiment different drink flavors and burger styles, but I like their shackburger and shroom burger most here.
One of my favorite beef burger places, made with love and I never got bored of it, always back to have same order with same taste , I ordered beef with 🥑💛
