The customer service here is amazing, since I loved how attentive our waitress was. In terms of food, it was my first time eating here (because Toronto only has one restaurant with long wait times) and now I can see why people eat here!! The soup of the day was delicious. The drinks were so good. The brown bread with butter is the best thing I have ever tasted in my life. The cheesecake itself was delicious! This is coming from someone who normally doesn’t like cheesecake too!! I will definitely come back here if I am back in Boston again! Only thing I do not recommend is the lettuce wrap dish. Everything else is good.
Lovely place. The location is good and the restaurant is really beautiful and spotless clean. The food is nice, but very caloric. I took the flatbread and I liked it! I recommend
A wonderful place for family dinner! Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly staff and great service. Plenty of kids options, and generous portions. I would love to see more vegetarian options though.
Ambient lighting, little to no wait time on a Wednesday night. Staff were accommodating and respectful. Food portions are huge, left no room for dessert :(
It’s a little chilly in there so definitely bring a light sweater!

We took the nachos and they were amazing. The red velvet cheese cake was also really good. However we consider it to be a little bit expensive.
Honey truffle chicken!! Honestly the best chicken dish I’ve ever had, I love it so much, hope they never get rid of it. The fruit based cheesecakes are also very delicious: I love the banana cream and mango cheesecakes the most. 😃

Went on a date here and ordered the ever so delicious Hamburger egg rolls, and a few other things. Our Wait Brandon was fabulous.

I love cheesecake factory. Their food is always delicious and the portions are huge. There are sooo many options but i always go for the cheeseburger rolls or variety rolls. I prefer to get takeout because i dont feel like the menu and utensils and such are very hygienic and its not my favorite dine in place.
But i Highly recommend because their food is good and so are their cakes.
The meal was as decadent as you would expect from Cheesecake Factory. I appreciate the lower calorie option offered by the Factory from their Skinnylicious menu.
Though, our waiter Alex was not as welcoming and prepared. We didn’t receive bread and were served cold, stale fries. The tea, which is just hot water and a tea packet, came late to the table, and he would disappear for long times when we requested something.
We often had to reach out to another waiter for help. He improved by the end of the meal. But, he made our experience dining long and tiresome. The check was hurriedly put down in front of us crumbled, which felt disrespectful in some ways.
I love the Cheesecake Factory and this trip did not disappoint! I went with my friend and we both ordered burgers and cheesecake (of course). The food was cooked perfectly and the chocolate cheesecake I had really ended the meal on a high note. The service was also top notch thank you to our fabulous waiter (he had a man bun and braces, sorry I wish I remember your name). He was excellent at making sure we had everything we needed and was a great conversationalist. The Cheesecake always has top tier service and food, and once again this was not a disappointment! Thank you for everything!
Food was good. One of our plates took considerably longer to come out after everyone else in the group got their food. And it came out warm. Salmon was good.
Had lunch and dinner here. The food was good. The cheesecake was also really nice, but how sad would it be if it weren’t. The lunch service was pretty slow and we were kind of rushed to get done. Not a huge ding. The dinner wait wasn’t bad, but we ended up crammed in cheek to jowl with strangers at a table in the bar while the restaurant was basically empty. I’m sure it’s a staffing thing, but also a minor ding. You do get the consistent experience you want from a chain restaurant, so the quality was fine.
A must try place for chessecake lovers that offers a broad menu with many gluten free options! Me and my girlfriend went for a lunch. Initially we had to wait twenty minutes to be seated as the place seemed to be at capacity, (although they had many empty tables) probably due to lack of staff. After the wait, the receptionist seated us and the waitress recieved us two seconds later with two cups of cold water. Then we chose lunch. In this case we chose two of their burgers, one of them gluten free ( they offer 4 or so options like this). The burgers took like 15 mins to be cooked and they were awesome, especially the bacon burger. After this, we took a gluten free classic chessecake (YES, GLUTEN FREE CHESSECAKE) and it was amazing. This is a 4.5/5 place and I would like to come back any time. Aslo, the fact that they care so much about food allergies is very important when anyone in your grup suffers from them.
