After a minor setback at the pick-up counter, Kenmore UBurger staff went above and beyond to fix our order. It's pretty clear that they value customer service and treat their patrons like family. :0)

The food was about average. Chicken sandwich wasnt anything spectacular and felt like cutlet was little smaller. I wish onion rings were bit crispy.
Very good burger that was reasonably priced.
1) Grand Slam Burger- very flavorful. Mushroom and bacon combination was very complementing
2) Caesar Salad with Chicken - Relatively basic. Filling and gets the job done.
3) Large fries - Above average tasting fries from other places around. Would definitely recommend.

I give this place 5 stars because I’m willing to circle the block for 30 min to get a spot. Burgers dogs fries and ring are a must. The house sauce is fantastic on all the burgers. I combo mine w crispy onion rings and a banana chocolate shake. Hits the spot every time. Clean quick service and always consistent. Well managed establishment. Very kid friendly.
Good burgers and supposed to have the best onion rings in Boston. The onion rings were definitely different and tasted more like onion-fries to me. On the other hand I loved the normal fries and overall a great place to stop by.
Big fan of these burgers! Reasonably priced and very customizable. Fries are on the floppy side so be vary crispy fry lovers, but you can get them topped with bacon and cheese so that makes up for it, right? Never been let down by UBURGER.
One of my top burger spots. I just can't resist going in whenever I'm in the Kenmore/Fenway area. I'm a creature of habit and always order a cowboy burger with fries and a fountain drink. Makes my insides smile every time. It's consistently a great meal and pleasant service with minimal wait time. Would recommend to friends and family 10/10
There really are no words to describe how much I love uburger... but, I definitely have to say that the service and attitude of the people that work here is one of the things that makes me feel really comfortable and happy when I go here.
The fries are great! They are everything you'd want and expect in a french fry, but uburger puts a slightly unique spin on them that really makes them stand out. They're very fresh tasting and are fried to just the right amount of crispiness.
Normally I'm pretty intimidated by predesigned burgers, but don't shy away from theirs!! They have some really great combinations! Their chicken sandwiches are also amazing, if you're not in the mood for a burger.
Most of the time, I place an online order to pick up. They are very prompt and timely about getting my order done on time, which I greatly appreciate because not enough places are respectful about this.

The onion rings are the bomb. Not a pile of breading with the remembrance of onion waved nearby, but real onions lightly coated and crisped, fresh from the fryer. Delicious.

Value-priced (but still very tasty) burgers served in a fun environment. The basic cheeseburger - the "ucheeseburger - is a good-sized burger. Throw on a small side of fries (which would be called at least a medium most places) and a drink, and you're only out $10.Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. The tables are pretty easy to scoot around to accommodate larger groups, and every other table or so has an AC outlet and USB outlets so you can charge your devices while you eat. The walls and booths are paneled with reclaimed driftwood from Boston Harbor.
The perfect spot to get a great quality meal for a fair price. Their gluten free buns are by far some of the tastiest I have ever had and they both know about and handle allergies and questions about the food with a smile. Being a celiac with limited choices this makes a huge difference to me. You have to try their sweet potatoe fries, a large serving is more than enough to share as a side or enjoy as a treat all by your self. The All in burger is perfect and their hot fudge sundae is delicious to the last bite. I've been to this ubuger 6-7 times now the last two years and I have never been dissapointed by anything😊
The hamburgers are really terrible but the turkey burgers are good drowned in the guac and caramelized onions. The milkshakes are exceptional--really, really rich. The staff is very nice and the restaurant is clean. They also have some good salad options if you want lighter fare.
I love the burgers here. The food is great. What I love the most is that they open late. Whenever I am hungry after staying at the library, this is my favorite place to fill up my stomach.
This place was awesome before hamburger joints became trendy. Great quality ingredients and just SO delicious. The frappes are also the best. I can only ever do 2 of the 3 though: fries, frappe, burger. Never all 3 or I'd never be able to walk again. I think the Big Pappi Burger is the way to go. Its always packed, especially during games, and not the fastest place, but so very worth it. Great deal too, definitely leave full for under $10. Also you have to love a place that does water cups so you can wash it all down without having to buy a drink. Their expansion to new locations is just the icing on the cake, now the rest of the city can try some delicious Uburger too!
