I love the atmosphere and the ambiance. The place is business casual and has happy hour through the week as well. We ordered street corn avocado dip. The whole thing is delicious with the chips perfectly seasoned. For main, we ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Salad, Bangkok Bowl, and Yucatan Chicken Tacos. Both the poke and Bangkok bowl are very refreshing and light. We got an order of truffle fries on the side to share for everyone. Everything is well balanced at the end of the meal. The chicken taco only comes with 2, and you can get a side of fries or salad. I got the salad, and honestly, it was such a good move. The salad had quinoa, and I think it is quite enjoyable. Overall, our server provided great service, and the restaurant is beautiful, and food was delicious.

Fantastic food and awesome ambiance!! From the front desk, bartenders, and staff all are super friendly and upbeat. The seafood was excellent and I really enjoyed the vibe. What a great way to wrap up a nice afternoon of Christmas shopping. I'd suggest the same to anyone, and why not wash it all down with a New England IPA!

mediocre food, steak was pretty tough and flavorless; i could’ve gotten a better value and a better steak at texas roadhouse to be honest. also the food sent me sprinting to the restroom right after i finished consuming it, not too sure what happened there. you’re mostly just paying for the atmosphere of the restaurant.

A Contemporary Restaurant Actually Worth the Price. I know Earls is a well-known Boston spot and throwing a review up is not likely to be helpful, but I really just have to highlight how impressed I was with the restaurant. Boston is full of American contemporary food in the $20-$50 price range, and unfortunately, I feel like many have the veneer of quality and end up being lack luster. Not Earls! The ambiance is fabulous, every seat appears to be a great seat. Music fills the room but you can hear everyone at your table. Versatile for both dates and groups of friends. The food is absolutely show stopping. They have some great fusion dishes on the menu. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the Steak and Sushi, the pineapple pizza, and of course, the seafood tower. The tower in particular had some of the best tuna I've had likely in my life. Definately a restaurant I'd like to return to one day

Beautiful. Best time to go is right after lunch time or right when the mall opens. The food is always quick and delicious and they have a Vegan menu which so rare in Boston. For this trip I went for Brunch and got the benadict. Very tasty. Im not a fan of the blood orange spritz but I did not read the first word which was bitter. The only thing Id change is adding a non-alcoholic cocktail without the addition of bitters since each drink has this.

Great place! Delicious food, beautiful presentation, amazing vibe. We really enjoyed our meal and the whole experience. Great service. The place feels high-end and reasonably priced. I had the brunch menu with crab cake Benedict.

We had an amazing first lunch at Earl’s At the Pru. It was for my daughter’s bday… just the 2 of us. Isabella was our server & did a fabulous job explaining the menu and what we might like. Very attentive & such a glowing personality. The chicken wrap app was perfection! And the mojito was refreshing & delicious. The 2 salads were perfect - mine with blackened salmon & her Thai salad with grilled chicken. The rooftop solarium was heaven. All excellent…We’ll be back soon!!

The food, ambiance, and overall quality was wonderful! Unfortunately the visit was marked by the service at our table. We were earlier in the night, not too busy, but we only got a visit from our waitress when we put in the first drink and appetizer order and not again until an hour after when we finally flagged her down for the check.

I’ve been coming to Earls for a couple years now and they rarely get something wrong. But when they do they more than make up for it. Today my steak didn’t come out the way that I eat it and they made sure to do their best to accommodate for the mix up. My waiter Matt and the Manager Kelly were so kind and professional. I’ll definitely continue to come to Earls for my business trips!

Visited Earls bar and grill on February 19 for brunch with some girlfriends. We had a blast. Our waiter. Isaiah was not only very courteous and friendly, but he offered suggestions as to what he thought were the best meals on the menu. The manager Sarah also came up and visited our table. And made sure that our food was as what we expected and that we were having a great time. Will definitely be coming here again.

Went here for the first time for brunch “Happy Hour” and was not disappointed. The prices were fantastic and because it was happy hour 11-12 Saturday and Sunday they knocked of ~3$ a plate. The ambiance was great on the outdoor area. Just like RH rooftop restaurant in NYC. The food was excellent and the service too. The layered potatoes crisps were excellent.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times now and have never been disappointed! Their steaks are superb. Their zen bowls and poke bowls are incredible. The vibe is very nice and the place looks great! My favorite dishes so far are their tuna bowl and the salmon zen bowl. I personally don’t like cooked salmon but I have no idea what they did to this salmon to make it so good! It didn’t have any of the salmon’s fishy taste. Can’t wait to go again to try something new! Probably the chicken curry!

Nice lunch spot: the Poke Bowl was super fresh, the new Chicken Lettuce Wraps were well-dressed & not messy, and the Key Lime pie was a shareable bright finish.

Earls is conveniently located in the Prudential Center so that you can shop away your calories after eating. I've been here a few times, both for lunch and dinner. The place is spacious, but sometimes you will need a reservation because of the foot traffic in this area. Service can be slow during busy hours. The food is pretty good for the most part, but a bit pricey. I like the truffle fries and molten lava cake the most. The molten lava cake blew my mind the first time I had it and was my favorite dessert in Boston for a while, but it wasn't as good the second time that I had it.

My girlfriend and I had an incredible dining experience on Sunday. We arrived after our View Boston experience and it was near closing. We were greeted by a very friendly server. Our food, drinks, and desserts(to go) were incredible. The staff went above and beyond our expectations especially since it was late on a Sunday night. Food-Excellent. Service-Excellent. Ambiance-Excellent. Highly recommended. I would like to think our server(you know who you are) for making our trip to Boston, on our last night of a 7 day vacation, such a memorable one.

I had an excellent lunch here! Our server, Matt, was very friendly and attentive. He was helpful when ordering and gave great suggestions. We loved everything that we ate! We started with the spinach and 3 cheese dip which was one of the best spinach and cheese dips I’ve had. The chips were also fantastic. Then we got the shrimp tacos which were also amazing. They accidentally brought us chicken tacos (which were 10/10 btw), but they were quick to make the shrimp tacos and didn’t charge us for the extra ones. No complaints—more food for us! Presumably one of the managers, who we later learned was nicknamed ‘The Gentle Giant,’ even came over to check in and apologize. Nickname was fitting… if it wasn’t obvious, the service was high quality! :) For our main courses, I split the impossible burger with someone and the third person got the pulled chicken sandwich. I would definitely order all of these items again! A second visit is surely inevitable.
