For lunch today I was craving a BLT and wanted a hot dog and Five Guys fresh cut fries with the skin on them are delicious!!!! BLT with Pickle • Ketchup • Mustard and mayo. The Bacon was cooked crispy they use apple-wood smoked it’s has a great taste! Fresh lettuce & tomatoes sesame seed bun toasted! It was delicious a must try if you haven’t! Fries crispy season perfectly and cooked in peanut oil! I ordered a small but they dump so many in the bag you will be full after you get your moneys worth! The All-beef hot dog, split and grilled lengthwise for a caramelized exterior and American cheese got grilled onions pickles and mustard on the dog! The all beef hot god is delicious they melted cheese and grilled onions are a great combo! This spot is hitting on all cylinders food cooked properly, fresh ingredients and taste was excellent! Will be back again!
Believe it or not, it’s my first time to eat in Five Guys, after seeing their stores so many times. I ordered the ALL BEEF HOT DOG, expecting beef inside… It turns out I was too naive: there was only a sausage. The good thing is that it tastes pretty nice as a hot dog. I think I will come back again, especially for a simple workday meal.
I’d love to give the Five Guys some high fives.
Super tasty burgers and fries. In my opinion one of the tastiest chain restaurant burgers. Typically order the cheeseburger “all the way”—with a bunch of toppings (all of which are complimentary)—and a small fries. The fries orders correspond to different cup sizes, but they always overflow the cup size you ask for (see photos of greasy goodness below).
The biggest drawback is the price—$14.95 for a cheeseburger and fries is steep for fast food.
Cajun fries are the bomb! Shake machine “broken.” I thought that was just a McDonald’s deal. Ketchup dispenser empty. HVAC system is screwed up so instead of positive pressure, the air is being sucked in from the street and it’s difficult to open the door. Guy in front of us left, thinking it was locked.
Expensive for a burger but damn it's worth it. Shakes are also good, avoid the hotdogs. small fries are not small. Nice staff. 10 mins from order to food
I’m not a fan of fries, but this place has something special about it, great burgers and service; if you are visiting Boston or US, you can't miss this place and share it with friends and family.
I recently had the chance to try out Five Guys for the first time, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff member who took my order and got everything started.
The burgers at Five Guys are truly top-notch - the meat is juicy and cooked to perfection, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. I also really enjoyed the fries, which are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was casual and laid-back, and it was a great place to grab a quick, satisfying meal.
In addition to the excellent food, I also have to praise the customer service at this Five Guys location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they made sure that my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, I would highly recommend Five Guys to anyone in search of a delicious, affordable burger and fries.

Convienent location between the Orange line (Mass Ave) amd Fenway Park. Friendly service, food cooked to order. Need to ask for restroom door code at counter.

I’ve ordered take out online. Nothing out of the ordinary to say except the fries situation. They put fries in a white paper cup but then at the end they put another big scoop of fries into the bag!
If you're looking for a burger you can't go wrong with five guys burger this place is run good it's clean with a friendly staff I definitely recommend that you stop by for a burger 🍔.
Good cheese burger! Never short on cheese but the milkshake is a must try. Its so amazing and thick.
Ordered lunch from here recently. I have been to many 5 Guys and I can say that each location has the best cheeseburgers in town. Their quality control people do a great job ensuring that the quality level at each location is of the highest degree. Their Vanilla shakes are awesome. The fries are as good as any in the city and of course, their bacon cheeseburgers are among the best in the city as well. Keep up the great work gentlemen.
I ordered my food on 8/17 and picked up around 9:30pm. My food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly despite it being close to their closing time, and it was ready within 5 minutes of me ordering.
The staff here was incredible from my experience and it absolutely will make me eat much more 5 guys moving forward. Congrats on such a well run location! I'd do my best to hold onto your employees, I'll absolutely be trying to poach some of them to my line of food service at some point soon.

Aesthetic is too much of a stripped geeasy spoon for me but again quick, tasty food and funny staff are important.
A solid burger that can be customized to your taste. Hotdogs are very tasty as well. But the fries steal the show.
