My type of coffee store - a spacious & modern atmosphere with great seating. And a quiet environment you could crack on with some work or reading.

Had a cafe latte send got my name printed on the coffee - a first time for me coming from abroad!
Quite busy outlet, but the service is fast though. Ordered 4 coffees and all came fast and smooth.
They're only 3 Starbucks I only go to in Boston this the first 1 I think of
I love the giant orders board with my name on it love the atmosphere I love the convenience of it near Back Bay Station and the Green Line and Newbury Street
I stopped in to this Starbucks and got a latte, atmosphere was nice I really enjoy the music that they were playing, kind of took me back to the old days! Sinatra, that kind of music! The place was pretty busy yet at the same time pretty quiet everyone was either on their phone or on their laptop. Service was very good! Bathrooms go to use a little bit of cleanup. But all in all this is a pretty good Starbucks!

They were very busy. We placed two orders, which were both made incorrectly. One was an entirely different drink, while the other one shouldn’t have any ice. They were very nice about fixing it. I do wish they paid more attention to our needs. Still a great Starbucks.
Great location to settle down with some books or enjoy the company of friends. The set up is very spacey and has beautiful aesthetics. If you're looking for high quality coffee, Starbucks isn't my first choice, but my interactions with the staff here have been pleasant and they've not disappointed in producing a satisfactory coffee.
One of my favorite Starbucks. The service is quick and friendly. I just wish there weren't so many people or long lines when I come. Great drinks though.
Everytime I go there my experience is amazing! Today there was a boy working and my two favorite people Sasha and Jess. When The boy answers my order he always writes it right! No errors. And when Sasha and Jess to do there enthusiasm is out of this world they seem so happy to be working it’s amazing to see they are happy and always make the right drinks and never mess up. When Abby works there. Let me tell you about an employee with humor she is hilarious and loves to work. This is just an amazing Starbucks.
The chairs are TOO LOUD when people push them around. I wish Starbucks would of something on the chairs to make them quiet
Good Wi-Fi and friendly team members for the most part. They seemed to have an issue with people playing loud music and being disruptive
