I've bought food here off and on over the last 30+ years (although I think it may have changed owners during that time?). It's always been pretty good. Most recently was in and ordered a greek salad. It was decent. Subs and pizza are generally decent. The guy who seemingly runs the place is friendly, but the woman is not very nice. I can never understand how someone can be in a business place that serves customers and think being cold and unfriendly is a good practice. Other than that, the place is okay.
I have passed by Rome Pizza & Grill on Tremont Street hundreds of times before I finally dined here in spring 2022. The gentleman behind the counter is very kind and the meatballs and pasta were delicious.
A family owned spot that’s been around for many years! These are my favorites: French fries, wing dings and chicken Alfredo pizza! They also help out nearby community based organizations by discounting the cost or give an additional perk.
I love the greasy pizza and the french fries!! The french fries are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Amazing! But I will say, I've gone to this place my whole childhood and it's on/off depending on the owner.
me and my friend are from the west coast and we saw this place my friend being from NY originally and me being from phoenix not that we know the best za but this place was clean easy going gentlemen who helped us ! thanks for the great experience first timers in Boston and we will be back here for many years because of this !
They have the best cheese pizza in Boston. I have been eating cheese pizza all my life. Anyone can make a pizza with stuff all over it taste good, however it takes skills to make a plain cheese pizza taste BOMB!!!!! Go elsewhere if you want to….you definitely missing out

I got a chicken caesar wrap and it was delicious. The bread was soft and fresh. Plenty of fresh ingredients inside the wrap. It was the perfect lunch. The quality is impeccable.
I go here for their calzones, grill chicken salad, chicken Caesar wraps & mozzarella sticks & chicken broccoli pasta 🍝 absolutely delicious !!!! Been a loyal customer for more than 10 years!
Really good pepperoni pizza. Had two slices they were big and each less than $3 a piece. Definitely worth a visit.
We ended in this pizzeria as we couldnt find a place in any other pizzeria because of the Thanksgiving weekend crowd. And honestly it was one of the best decision we made and the best vegetarian pizza we have had in a while. All the veggies were fresh. The pizza was freshly baked and piping hot.
In town for a conference, with no car, and the hotel front desk staff suggested Rome for Italian delivery. We tried spaghetti w/ meatballs, cheese pizza, and the gyro plate... ending with chocolate cake. All of it was delicious as expected, and my family was happy. The person who took my order was friendly, professional, and listened well. The delivery person (presumably a restaurant employee) delivered directly to my hotel lobby near the convention center, complete with a phone call to confirm it was me. Bonus- the driver was friendly as well! Thank you, Rome!
OH. MY GOD. what a delicious pizza!! Ultra tasty ingredients, the dough was perfecttt, coming from someone that goes to Italy often, this is the best American pizza I’ve ever had
