I went to this Starbucks for the 1st time on Thursday. They are very busy but seem to get the customers out in a decent amount of time. Also my drink was made perfectly. Some other Starbucks tend to give you almost a full cup of ice when you order an iced drink. I'll definitely be a regular customer
Employees at this location really are exceptional friendly people. The guy working register this morning was a charming guy who is happy to chat a bit with customers while also being efficient with orders. One of the better Starbucks in the area. Limited seating at the windows and handoff counter and can get busy as it's near several hospitals.
This Starbucks' morning baristas are the best in town. They are always happy to mix the best brew to the tons of impatient Boston Latin School students and teachers that visit this coffee shop every morning. They greet customers with a great smile and do not break under the morning rush pressure. They make my day. Highly recommended.
Every time I go this Starbucks they are always friendly Shea! I swear knows my order .. when my order is messed up she always takes care of me! Despite them very busy they move those orders!! I see why she’s one of the managers keep up the great work Starbucks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee. You did not feel rushed you could enjoy your drink. We will be returning soon.
A lot of my favorite baristas from the (sadly) now close Huntington location now work here. The welcoming nature of this store is such a breath of fresh air. And that starts with the friendly staff. One of the most consistently quality cups of coffee in the area.
Quick reliable service. I give it 5 Stars due to the quality of the coffee and the patience of the employees. If it does get overwhelmingly busy they will kinda glad you are where to go and kind of tell you that it's going to be a few minutes or so and they handle a disgruntled customers very well.
Just like any other place, coffee is expensive, lemme tell ya! This location in particular gets very busy around lunch time.
Even though I was frustrated about my name still being accidentally left out of my SOMA basketball Eagles roster @ Winsor School citing my outdated Gmail address, hey at least I got my 2nd favorite hot beverage, Decaf Mocha thanks to me doing less sweating the small stuff & me having a very productive 1st basketball practice, respectively.

The busiest *$s I've ever beeb in. I ordered by Latte enroute via the app. When arrived at 9:30 the place was packed. The barristas and staff were not standing still! They were busy filling orders and still laughing among themselves. I will defintely go back, but knowing how busy, I will plan better
