It's a great place to get coffee breakfast sandwiches juices tea hot chocolate baked goods and soda
The staff that was there was friendly and nice. The were very quick and efficient.
Outstanding Customer Service, hard working professional staff. Coffee, expresso and food all fantastic when the franchise delivers high standards. Ordering, dining area and rest room very clean. In addition the Manager and staff on duty were aware by my not so quite laryngitis voice I was stranded there due to the local Enterprise car rental disturbingly pathetic lack of Customer service when the TEAM working together at Enterprise, Jefferson Ave, Salem has on more than occasion provides Customer Service above and beyond the Call of Duty assistance with my rental. If you are needing coffee and more than a little tasty breakfast items (with staff offering assistance to me allowing me to overstay the general time limit on tables while securing transportation) walk or ride to this Dunkin' location you will not be disappointed
Take out your headphones, take off your hoodie, keep an eye behind you, dont talk to anyone, give the homeless guy a dollar on your way out
In other words, be safe… You might just want to get a cup of hot water extra for self defense.

Fine for coffee, I don't usually eat, but occasionally I may get food for the kids, or someone. Quick. 5 stars for the week. Once in awhile they get wrong coffee on weekends, I deal w/it..😄
Nice people clean atmosphere
So I brought a coffee I got somewhere else. Another dunkin. And it was horrible so I pulled in here. There is parking on mass ave! Which is Awsome on its own. But they were so awsome. Fixed my coffee and really wanted to make sure i liked it before I left. They were so happy that it was right that is literally made my day.

This Dunkin is very small with not much seating. The coffee is always really hot and just right. The food is nice and hot as well. This is my go to Dunkin because it also has free parking. We all know parking is barely available and not free in the Boston area.
I never know how to rate these kinds of places, for there never truly is a benchmark for the ideal Dunkin' Donuts. It all varies by store, who's working at what time, what time of day it is, who owns/manages it, etc.
This one on Massachusetts Ave. is upscale to look the part and the people working here can be generally regarded as warm, friendly, and if you've met them before, casual.
I'll rate this 5 stars because the customer service is above average. Definitely nothing wrong with dropping by here for a coffee. You'll leave with a smile, which cannot be said for a lot of Dunkin Donuts.
The staff was amazing but I had a guy follow me all through the store trying for me to give him money..the staff took control of the situation after I told him to back of Cops had to be called and the Cops took care of it..but I applaud the staff at that dunkins for there professionalism

In the morning when I come by there are two employees that, know how I like my breakfast sandwich (Toni) and this nice African girl they make it fast and always so polite they stand out at this Dunk in Doughnuts.
