Coffee's were made perfectly! Only issue was the dirtball outside panhandling, with her fake " Hungry, anything Helps" sign I know who this person is, and unless they started serving Crack sandwiches somewhere, she NOT using it for food. I had to contain myself from making a scene, as she was running her con on a nice elderly gentleman, who handed her cash. I don't understand WHY they even allow that, but specifically this person, a girl, who is a No-good, lying piece of work. So please Don't be fooled by her "Poor-Me " act. She's as nasty as they come.
This is a wonderful Dunkin!! I was just here at 8:30am in the height of the morning rush and the employees here could not have been more accommodating. Two different people asked what I was waiting on and shuffled my cup ahead of other mobile orderers that hadn’t arrived yet. The second person made sure he got my son’s desired munchkin flavors correct. Super impressed by how they stay calm and accommodating amidst the chaos. 10/10, thank you Charlestown Dunkin!!
Although the coffee and food is good the service could be a little faster.
I’m reading comments about how bad is it for my opinion yeah they’re sometimes slow but they good workers I understand them I have worked like that. This is my favorite place to come besides everything #1
It's very convenient for my early mornings when I got to commute to college and get my coffee fix.
It is always clean in there during my morning runs. The staff are quick and are trying to do their jobs as fast as they can. Give them a break, people, it's early in the morning, sometimes people are still tired and it takes awhile to get into the mojo of things.
The frozen coffee was ok could have been a little more lighter asked for extra light almost white almond milk. Almond milk is darker. It was just ok, this site could have done better. Would ask for someone else to make my coffee.
The people there were really nice to every customer that came in, even me and it was only my second time going there.
and the wake-up wraps were pretty good, but the coffee was that great Dunkin Donuts coffee!

The early morning guy is amazing, knows everyone's order by head. Once he's gone for the day the coffee is burnt and old at best. Staff doesn't care. They just make excuses. Go in the morning or not at all!

Eddie and Mary Are The Two Whom Usually Wait On Me and Another Little Woman, Whose Name Slipped My Mind. They Brighten My Day and Nake Me Smile and Coffee Us Akways Ready and Perfect! Kudos To All You Guys! Keep Up The Good Work. You All Need A Raise!
