I visited this location yesterday. Will Jones greeted me and my daughter as we came in. We came to switch our mobile svs to Xfinity. Will was able to help us with a switch and also with setting up my daughter's new phone and trading in the old one.
There was another guy who helped us with a screen protector and took our old equipment - but we didn't take his name(((
We had a great experience. Saved a lot of money. And we are very happy with the svs so far.
I definitely recommend this branch. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They make you feel like home :)

As a customer, this is the main reason I want transfer my mobile services from T-Mobile to Xifinity. I pay 56$ per month to T Mobile, which is too expensive.

I shop weekly at the Allston Stop & Shop and wanted to compliment the staff that works the Deli...Dave, Jake and Tina...they go above and beyond the call of duty in meeting the needs of the customers even when there is a back-up of customers. Their professionalism and courtesy to the customers is a compliment to the impressive training program of this company. ON behalf of so many customers I want to thank these employees including the clerks on the checkout lines for their patience respect to us as the customers especially during these difficult times we live in.
