This RR is hands down one of the best in the area. They work hard and make sure to correct any issues that come up. Cold fries? Not here! Dirty floors? Not here! The restrooms are spotless, even during the busiest hours. They treat you like family, and make you feel wanted. I love this place and recommend it to anyone! One thing to keep in mind is that there is NO public wifi. Other than that, eat your heart out.

Well my husband and I went last night. Used to be our favorite place! They have now destroyed that with a crappy new menu, new higher prices! Get with it! People are health conscious and you take off your very best salad? The SW salad was everyone's favorite! Also the new salads are very small... Like side salad with chicken. Tried the SW salad replacement, two thumbs down. In fact I think they removed appetizer deals too! $10 for a hamburger or salad is too much! Sorry they have lost our business! One star!

For what is typically rush hour, it was fairly quiet on arrival, which was nice. The staff was friendly and attentive, and not overly hovering. Our food was fresh and accurate the first time around. Will most likely visit again soon.

As many of you are, I am also a fan of Red Robin.  Due to Covid-19, I have not been eating out or doing any outdoor activities much. After practicing golf at a driving range, I was so starving and ended up calling to Red Robin in Bothell to place a to-go order.  By the time I arrived at the restaurant, I saw tons of people waiting in line to dine in.  Luckily, I didn't have to wait in line because I was there just to pick up my to-go order. Friendly staff welcomed me and asked for my name so she can locate my order.  My order was already available on the table for me to pick up.  I was able to leave promptly after making a payment.  It was fast, easy, and convenient. This time, I ordered a 'Mad Love' burger from the finest burger menu.  The finest burger is a premium burger offered by Red Robin.  It is a little bit expensive than the gourmet burger.  It was actually a first-time for me to place the finest burger. The burger was very juicy and cheesy with Cheddar-and-Parmesan crisp, Provolone, and Swiss.  It came with avocado, bacon, and other vegetables to make it taste better.  I love the toasted brioche bun.  You can never go wrong with the brioche bun. For french fries, I asked for 6 different sauces - honey mustard poppy seed, jalapeño ranch, campfire mayo, sweet & spicy ketchup, roasted garlic aioli, and smoke & pepper ketchup.  I paid extra 75 cents each for the roasted garlic aioli and smoke & pepper ketchup sauces.  It was definitely worth it.  I recommend to try out the smoke & pepper ketchup sauce if you haven't tried it. Overall, it was a good to-go experience during Covid-19!

Not sure if Red Robins is getting cheaper with food and enhancing visual appeal only, but anything from to go trays and stores image is grandiose, like there may be a $500 cheeseburger waiting on a platter with my name on it. Instead, I get what looks like one to two 4-inch round piece(s) of floppy burger matter between two buns. Drenched in sauce, wilted lettuce, stale tasting cheese, and not so crunchy fries (as is I asked for extra crispy and noticed they were still very soft just more brown). I'd still come here for the happy hour deals and birthday/holiday events cause I'm cheap like that.

My family and I love coming to RR. This location is the one we mostly frequent. Service is good for the most part, it can depend on how busy they are. The food tastes great and we love bottomless fries 🙂 This time we had crispy chicken salad and my burger was Mad Love. We also have Red Royalty rewards and appreciate having a free entry on a birthday and earning 1 free entry after 9 paid entries. That's so cool 😊

Shout out to AUSTIN, JUSTICE and SAM. Some of the best service I've had probably ever. It was my brother, sister and I. First time us 3 sat down together in over 10 years so it was pretty special but at the same time awkward for all 3 of us. But the peeps we had helping us made it super fun and chill. Austin was so cool and on top of his game with checking in on my family and I making sure we didn't need anything. And he also was hella chill and cool to chat with. Justice kept the water and soda filled ad was so kind. Sam was cool too. Basically they are the only reason I'm down to come back to Bothell for some food.
