Pepper offers several excellent vegetarian items. My husband and I enjoyed the brussels sprouts (although for this particular item the "sibling" restaurant Salt wins), mushroom springs rolls, a seasonal appetizer that I don't remember the name of, and the Taste of Summer. The "Circa 1987" (molten chocolate cake dessert) was spectacular. If we had to choose between Salt and Pepper it would be really hard - I think we would have to visit both. ;-) Highly recommended.

Had a tasty lunch today with the family. Burgers were amazing and very large, salmon was a little more done than I like but perfectly acceptable. Wonderful flavors and tasty cocktails

What a wonderful surprise this new place was! Every single dish was amazing from the cauliflower, to the mushroom egg rolls, to the wagyu steak and halibut to the coffee! We are gonna remember this place and definitely come back for seconds and thirds and fourths!

This was a must try for me, and I'm so glad I started my night off here. We had to sit at the bar because it was a date night, which they do on Tuesdays. The bartender was awesome and the whole wait staff was a pleasure to deal with. we couldn't try everything, but the oysters and Brussels we're top notch. the wishes are priced a little high, but what can you do you're in the middle of the country up on the mountain. We got to visit from Nashville for about a week and this is one of our top three places.

Went here for restaurant week and was treated to three courses of amazing food. Every bite was rich and delicious with a great texture. I can safely say that I have never had better calamari or octopus anywhere else. Service was wonderful and friendly, and the beer selection includes some awesome local beers that aren't typically seen in restaurants.

It's hard to find quality seafood out here and this place kills the game. We ordered ceviche, soft shell crab, and salmon. The atmosphere is comfortable but upscale and the service was attentive and knowledgable. It's a little pricey but for the quality, it's worth it for special occasions.

Wow, we really enjoyed this place! We went on a Tuesday at 5:15 for happy hour and the food and service were excellent! We were actually the only people there at first and finished eating within an hour. I really love the style and decor of this restaurant, more spacious & hip than our beloved Jax. We got the calamari (amazing!), salmon tartare (delish!), raw oysters (yum!), shrimp tacos (excellent!), a beer and wine off the happy hour menu and only spent $62 (without tip). We will definitely be making this our regular seafood happy hour place in Boulder. Couldn’t be more pleased!

caught the hh special and im going to have about the delicate yet flavorful tacos!! the mussels were also outstanding with bread to sop up the delicious curry sauce. the brussel sprouts were really delicious but the batch we got was def too greasy and even the crisp bright apple slices weren't enough to cut through the heavy friedness. the salmon tartare need more brightness and flavor but was still good on the chips they were served with. i wouldn't hesitate to come back to this super cute restaurant!
