Pros: We love their Signature Combinations, like the Cookie Minster and the Mud Pie Mojo. They are good to swap out base ice creams in those also (I prefer chocolate ice cream instead of coffee ice cream in the Mud Pie Mojo). And currently, they'll give you samples of ice cream if you want to check out a flavor or two.
Cons: Keep in mind that it takes some physical work to make these ice creams, so it does take some time and you may find yourself standing in line for a bit. Also, there's not really much seating inside or out, so just plan on taking it to go and enjoying it somewhere else.
They also sell Rocky Mountain Chocolates there, so you can also grab a quick treat or gift there.

If you are craving delicious, rich, and tastey ice cream then coldstone is the place for you. They have many different flavors and you can ask to sample if you need to. They also have a huge variety of mix ins to add to enhance your ice cream flavor. They also have pre named mix in ice creams. You can also get a waffle cone to add crunch to your dessert. They also make shakes if you wish.
As far as the ice cream goes it was pretty good. My first time ever visiting there. The only thing that I really disliked, was the fact that that place was so packed with people that it was ridiculous. A super tiny hole in the wall with a bazillion people. I think the owner of this store really needs to think of a different location, that offer seating and a bit larger of an establishment. I really don't think I will go there again. But the ice cream was decent.

I have never been here before, but I have to say, that the ice cream here is to die for. I was in heaven. The chocolate ice cream that I had with real chocolate chips, with caramel on top, was so so delicious. And not to mention, but it was very creamy as well. And the service was very good. They will give you a sample if you would like to try a certain ice cream. The only thing that I wished they would do, is to put seating in there, so you could eat the ice cream inside the business, but other than that, it was superb. I just went back here on 7 -7-2022, & they did put chairs on the inside & out. So I wanted to say thank you very much for that. Very appreciated. And the ice cream is still superb!!!

On this visit we went in so we could try one of the pie/ice cream/cakes. And we were finally using some gift cards that we had received as Christmas presents. Which was a quick smooth transaction. No hassles.
Most of the staff was young and friendly. It is always pretty busy whenever I've gone in. So don't plan on just stopping in. At least a 15-minute wait every time you go.
But not this time. This time we were able to get out in about 10 minutes. And that was only because the people that were in line to get ice cream we're very protective of their spot in line.
There isn't a separate line or even a walkway to get to the freezers that hold the ice cream cakes and pies. So we had to wait in line until we reached the freezer. Then we just had to deal with a couple of sideways glances as we made our way back down the line to get to the cash register. A little more room would be nice. or maybe a sign with some instructions letting you know what to do if you're just trying to get a pie or ice cream cake.
I have to say the salted caramel pie was delicious and it did serve 8 pieces for the $15 price tag. All in all fairly satisfied with this visit.
The Establishment did look like it could use a good mopping it was a little more out of sorts than it normally is. And there were no tables available so it was a good thing we were going to take ours to go.
The staff there is absolutely outstanding! I can’t believe the amazing customer service they have there. The girl who got my ice cream and rung me up had a huge smile on her face and seemed to really enjoy her job! I will definitely be taking all of my ice cream business here!!!
Best ice cream ever. Lots of flavors and mix-ins. Delicious every time I come. A little on the pricey side, but worth it for special occasions.
