My husband and I have been dining at Jerry’s for over 15 years. We have tried crab cakes at many restaurants but none can compare to Jerry’s famous Crab Bomb!! The crab soup is a must have as well as the crab dip, and their famous coleslaw is always part of my meal. Here’s to an excellent dining experience every visit!

I visited Jerry’s for the first while in the area on March 15, 2018, and enjoyed every biting the experience. Our server Matt was awesome, I will definitely stop by whenever I’m in Maryland.

Great seafood, especially the CRAB BOMB!! The crab dip is also definitely worth tasting, as well as their house salad dressing you’ll love it! Hopefully you’ll get a chance to visit and enjoy them as much as I do.
First time here and came with a group of 17. I'm not the biggest crab cake fan and to me it tasted much on par with any other decent crab cake. The haddock was good, the grilled shrimp was good. I did like that the food was appropriately battered and fried (light, not greasy). Overall, the service was great. Not a single missed order and everything arrived together.
Jerry's seafood has the amazing Crab Bomb, in which gigantic pieces of crab are held together with magic (no fillers), and a lovely waitress named Jennifer, who made our special dinner even more wonderful by being so attentive but also unobtrusive. Amazing food and no shells in the crab!

I found both the fried and the baked crab cakes to be phenomenal. Hot rolls also delicious. Very attentive service.
All Good Things, Jerry's Seafood. Crab bisque comes in a cup that tastes so good that you wish you had ordered the bowl of the bisque instead. Then there is the crab bomb. When a restaurant serves a crab ball without breading, you have gold. Usually a baked potato with butter and sour cream along with green beans would be bland. Not at Jerry's Seafood and certainly not with such a lip-smacking treat like the crab bomb. I think I was in love after eating all of that food. Well, I was sleepy, if nothing else.
Overpriced! The crab bomb is very good, but nothing more than a large crab cake. The entire menu is overpriced. I have had a similar meal at a different restaurant for half the price.
Very good, but Jerry's Place offers a better value, better service, better atmosphere, and the same food.
It’s just what the sign says, seafood. You can’t call ahead and you can’t make a reservation so if you come in on a Friday night you just put your name on the list and wait. We had a large party so the wait was right around an hour. We totally expected that, but when we sat down, the service was prompt, the drinks were flowing and the food was delicious. My husband had the signature crab bombs and I the stuffed shrimp. They both were amazing. For dessert we had the layered chocolate cake and the coconut cake both were delicious. We all enjoyed our food.
Lunch with my co workers. Not to busy and enough wait staff. Food delivered in a timely fashion. Calamari was tasty, the marinara sauce was a little sweeter than I like but good. The prices have increased as with everything else. Nice sized crab & shrimp bomb and it did not disappoint. It would have been nice to have lunch portion & pricing. I would visit again.
We had a party of 14 people on A Sunday. There was a wait for the table but at least they were able to accommodate our party. Our hostess was friendly, attentive and provided service with a smile. The broiled crab cake was excellently cooked. The cream of crab soup was bland; however, it tasted better once I used the provided Old Bay seasoning. The crab balls were tasty and the salmon looked good. We were each provided a glass carafe with additional soda or tea (depending on what you ordered). I liked that touch because we didn’t have to wait for refills. I would go back.
Finally made it back to Jerry's Seafood and it did not disappoint! Ordered the Crab Bomb again. If you've never tried it, you're missing out! The crab meat is so sweet and juicy, it melts in your mouth. It's definitely with the price.
Now prices were a little high for a lunch meal outing, they're menu did warn of a 70% increase in the cost of crab meat due to shortages with COVID. All the food was amazing we ordered the Fresh Crab Dip, Salmon Sauted in Garlic Butter w/baked potato and stewed tomatoes, and the Crab & Shrimp Bomb w/Applesauce and green beans. The food was so fresh it burn the roof of my mouth...that doesn't happen often at restaurants normally my food is room temp or slightly hot.

This eatery spot was on my mind after I added it to a custom list on Google Maps I created! In mid-May 2022 I had just finished buying from local MD vendors at the Bowie Farmers Market and wanted a meal before heading home.
This place did what my stomach wanted, and filled me up! The crab Bomb was 💣 was lit 🔥🙌🏾 and has the most fresh, whole, and delicious crab I have had in years - no fillers, crumbs, or gunk. It was amazing, full taste. I would buy it again. About the crab dip, if it had more crab, less cream cheese it would be A1 🆗.
For sauce, I used what I bought from the Bowie Farmers Market located at the HS: 'TLC Seafood Sauce (tlcseafoodsauce.net). Get the sauce, it goes with EVERYthing ✅. They gave away free samples so you could see if you like it. I am so happy I bought it, it went well with my 'Crab Boss' 🦀🍽️🥔!
Overall it was a grand day 🕶️...10/10 I would recommend.
My family and I are always pleased when dining at Jerry's Seafood! Our server, Samantha S, is always upbeat, friendly and professional! We all had the Crab Bomb with individual sides. The Crab Bomb is deliciously flavored and full of Crab. Each bit is a delightful burst of flavor! Jerry's Seafood continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in the Bowie area!
