New to the area , I found this gem on the internet and dropped by to check it out . The coffee cake muffins I purchased literally melted in your mouth . My only regret is that I didn't purchase more .Justin and Jason were both so friendly and obviously customer oriented . I will be back very soon and will remember to place an order for our next special occasion too . Worth the drive out !!
The Cake Shop made our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were such a hit! People kept telling me how good it was. Our wedding was supposed by on 9/26. I ended up having to move it to 8/15 and Justin and Jason accommodated us. I could not have been more thankful. I will recommend them to everyone!
My second visit was today and I'm just as pleased as the first. They're super friendly and very accommodating. Their products are delicious and visually appealing. While picking up my son's birthday cake (GREAT job on that one guys! Go, Go, Power Rangers.) I decided to purchase some cupcakes to take back to the shop for my coworkers and they were a huge hit. Everyone wanted to know where I got them and I was happy to tell them The Cake Shop. When we cut the birthday cake later this evening I was surprised and delighted. I ordered a basic strawberry flavor over the phone and never expected that it would have included a filling with fresh berries. I could not get this kind if quality for such a thrifty price any where else. Thanks again guys and thanks for going the extra mile!
The Cake Shop made the cakes for our wedding at Cason’s Cove and we couldn’t have asked for better service or better cakes! Our wedding cake was almond flavored and our groom’s cake was a carrot cake, both were to die for!
Last minute wedding cake. We got the 8 in Tall, which would've been large enough except that it was so delicious and I was sad it was gone when it was. I have thought about it many times since that day. Vanilla cake with Strawberry icing, no extra sugar decorations or hard icing. AMAZING. So moist.

I am overwhelmed by their professionalism and care of their customers not to mention the food is excellent.
After a horrible experience with a Grubhub failed delivery they went out of their way to personally deliver some birthday treats to our daughter at WKU campus.
The thoughtfulness shown can not go unnoticed.
I can't wait to travel down and stop by our new favorite bakery.

These guys are incredible! We had a 3 tiered wedding cake and sheet cake and every single flavor was out of this world! They even made a snickerdoodle layer for my husband and he LOVED it! As if the amazing flavors weren't enough, the cake was absolutely gorgeous! Our wedding was at a barn venue on a terribly rainy day and despite the weather (and FLOODING) they got the cake there on time and looking perfect! Get all of your cakes from these guys- they ROCK!
