My momma has been bringing our family here since I was in grade school. She always remembers us & is very friendly. By far the best in town. Love the stuffed chicken wings & moo goo gai pan. Yummy!!!! Ordering tonight for dinner

So either you love it or hate it. I ordered several items including the egg rolls and really liked it, food was not swimming in sauce and I actually liked it. House friend rice was great. If your expecting top tier Chinese you won't get that, but it's good quality and is different enough from all the others out there that I will eat it again.
Best Chinese food restaurant in town!! We eat there every chance we get, approximately once a month, every month. When you've eaten at and are used to the best, it's easy to recognize the best when you find another gem. Hence, we're extremely particular about taste and place. And, we last ate there, Nov. 13th, 2018. The cook never disappoints. Yummy!!!!! The food portions are plentiful and most delicious. The prices are reasonable and the server, Kitty is the best!!!! Everyone is personable and friendly there. It's always a pleasurable experience. I don't understand why those reviewers who say it's great don't give it 5 stars???? If ten (10) was the ultimate rating, I wouldn't hesitate to choose it. The rest room is clean as well. I highly recommend the place. The place, food, service, and people are great! The service and food preparation are speedy. I'm certain you will voice the same. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing!!! Food was fresh,hot and tasty!!!! The egg rolls were unbelievably delicious. I ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce and it was sooooo good! Waitress was sweet and talkative!!! Will definitely go back!!!!
We love this Chinese restaurant! I hate to admit this but we have been coming here for 30+ years and have gotten to know Miss Kitty and Christine very well. I love eggrolls. These are homemade and you can tell. They are battered and big and I have eaten a mountain of them. Whatever bland eggroll factory turns out literally every other eggroll you get other places you can keep them; this is the best I have found! I get a couple of stuffed chicken wings and I have never had a better wonton anyplace. I have worked thru the menu and everything has always tasted great. The pork fried rice is excellent and I have been on the Beef and Tomato with Black Bean sauce lately, can’t go wrong. We still go here every month and now my kids are going here so all I can say is I highly recommend you give it try because it is great tasting Chinese food!

My husband loves Chinese food. This is one of the oldest restaurants in Bradenton. According to our wonderful server 47 years. That's testimony in itself. One waitress has worked there for 27 years, the other 12! They say it's like family. I like to support Home run businesses. They're doing something right. One patron came in for his second visit and his waitress remembered he drank Arnold Palmer's! Impressive!

This Chinese restaurant is a hidden Gem close to Downtown Bradenton & Village of the Arts.. clean, peaceful, friendly staff (even willing to offer a 'picture book' they have so you can SEE before you order 🙂 The Sesame Chicken I ordered was delicious, tender, moist, cooked to perfection with delicious rice accompanying it.. hot tea with plenty to go around for our lunch Party, I must say I really enjoyed The Lantern and would definitely go back.. oh, and prices are reasonable too.. 🥡🍜🥟🍵🥢🍴🍽️
Everything here is great! We've tried several different Chinese restaurants in the area and none of them compare. Large portions, good prices, wonderful service, and awesome egg rolls. You won't be disaapointed!
I absolutely love their stuffed chicken wings I typically travel 1 hour and 15 minutes to get these delectable wings. 2 and a half hour total for total delicious stuffed chicken overload!
This is our go to for Asian. Love the family, feel like family. Eggrolls best we have had. Soups are excellent, and I can honestly say I have not had anything I didn't like.
