Today, after leaving church my son wanted to eat pizza, since Domino’s (1st East Bradenton) is on our way home. I called to place an order, the automated system didn’t let me get through the first order. So we decided speak with someone, to no avail. So, we stopped at the store. Upon arrival, Danny greeted us and took my order, although he was the only employee in the store (others x3 drivers). He explained before ordering that it was going to take a bit longer than usual, we decided to wait. Danny came through with our order in less time than stated, appreciative and apologizing for the time taken. This employee (Danny) exceeded our expectations on performance and public relations, to his superiors please recognize his efforts as I seen others expressing their experiences with him at your store.
Harold, the manager,is great. We had a pick up order in for our family and the car starter wouldn't engage so I called to cancel the order to the disappointment of our household but he went above and beyond after they were closed and no longer taking orders to arrange a delivery for us. Can't thank him enough. Thank you Harold.

I'm waiting in the parking lot, jamming out to some 90s hip-hop with my brother and Kelly. In a huge Uhaul by the way. The staff seems cool with it all. We ordered a bunch of pizzas and what not. The place looks pretty nice. We all hard our masks on bc it's still required where we live. The lobby was still closed for the protection of the employees and the public. Over all an easy order. The cashier did her job well, no complaints there.
Always nice and courteous! We order from them 1-2 times a week. I crave the 5 cheese dip for my Parmesan bites. Yummy!

Danny did a great job being by himself. Pleasant with the customers even though he was covered up with orders. He should be recognized by management.

I had a great experience today coming in I was immediately greeted. Not only that my pizza was hot and fresh ready for pick up. Butch was amazing and made me laugh. It truly was a joy!

The older man with long hair (didn’t get his name) is very nice everytime I go in and pickup. Great customer service.
