General update Nov 3 2023
They got rid of the kids that use to heckle customers and get orders wrong and laugh about it.... NOW they have new staff that get the orders right or they make it right if they mess up your order and they are friendly about it. Definitely a pleasant taco bell now.
Mar 18 2023 around 550pm or so they messed up my 3 year old daughters order I let them know and they remade it without heating it up and the staff laughed as we drove away..... came back and they were upset that I told them it wasn't ok. Also the girl at the window called the diablo sause the mexican sause.they crushed the 3rd remade quesidilla.Will be calling corporate to file a complaint.

Very clean and nice. We had no complaints. The food was ready within a few minutes. The sodas tasted excellent (as they always do at all Taco Bells)
The taco Supreme is first sooo good and its a lot so you can feed a family of like 5-6 members. I love it there because the staff is really nice and the FOOD IS GOOD.
Always feel welcomed at this location in the afternoon, during the week. Food is fresh and the atmosphere is comfortable.
We began going to Taco Bell after two of my grandchildren had their therapy. We would go in and use the kiosk which I don't like to do but my grandson does it for me and generally where the first people there. The restaurant is spotless. My only issue is that I don't like to use the kiosk however it looks like I'm just a product of my generation. We seem to go frequently and our 2 year old has discovered being burritos!
Markaylah is amazing! I put in a mobile order and it did not let me choose a few things as mobile app was glitching. I highlighted in person I was vegetarian and no beef in any items. She went above and beyond to change new gloves and make all the food on the opposite to ensure no contamination! You certainly left both my wife and I happy for a Friday evening dinner that we weren’t expecting to be as good as it was!

Not much in the way of TRUCK parking but then again I don't park in any of the parking spaces with a Fourty four hundred gallon fuel truck. I park away from the building a bit and walk over and they usually get my food ready in a few minutes. Probably quicker if they know what's outside.
Oh well, downhill we go, just not very far. Slipping a bit on the always getting your order right. And now will mostly seperate the different burritos in separate bags or write on them as to what they are when you request it. Customer satisfaction is no longer what the store is oriented towards. I haven't seen a semi-happy worker in awhile now, so most are simply "at their jobs" most of the time. I like the Bean Burritos with extra cheese, extra beans, black beans added and NO ONIONS. If you ask for onions or they accidentally put them on your food, they always put SOOOOoooo many. But Extra cheese is barely more than normal cheese. I just don't get it. Anyway, it's fast food, it can be Vegetarian and Vegan if you order the right stuff and they actually make it how you ask, most of the time. This franchise needs to go back to the way it was when they opened, putting more into either training or whatever it was (hiring practices, or ???) when they first opened. Then again, it could just be the post-Covid world causing their issues like so many other places, they simply can't get enough employees to be choosey.

The service was great. We ordered at the kiosk but the order did not go through. After a few minutes a gentleman behind the counter asked if we had ordered. We told him yes but we realized that the kiosk messed up after I paid. A young lady came out and I showed her the receipt I had emailed to myself, so she took a few minutes and we had our order. She kept a wonderful smile 😃 as she made things right.
Great staff and our food seemed to be prepped with care.
Oh when you have to run for the boarder and it’s late nite there’s only one place to go Taco Bell 🛎
Did not eat, making pickups. All employees pleasant and helpful.
Not having been to a Taco Bell for at least 5 years, and never to this location, I went in blind just looking for a little bit of a snack.
Well, the universe sent me Shirley A. Despite my ignorance, she was very patient and made several suggestions, one of which I selected, then pulled forward to the pickup window.
Again, Shirley could not have been more kind and helpful!!! She, even have me coupon for my next visit. If Shirley is typical of the employees at this location, they will do extremely well. And, welcome back, thanks to a lovely young woman by the name of Shirley.
