Guess it was a rough night, heard a lot of of employees talking about some incidents that happened earlier that night. Took about 30 min to get seated.
But when I got seated the service got way better. My waitress was very attentive and helpful even though I could easily tell she was probably feeling the short staff and lots of tables. Food was good too and came out quickly.
Service was a little slow, but there were only 2 waitresses, and they were doing their best. Be patient and kind to the wait staff that show up to work these days. Nice job ladies at the Branson location evening of 27 November 2021.
Great staff. Our two servers were great! They had a teamwork together that was wonderful! Food was perfect to order and all though it took awhile to get it, that was understandable due to over flow of take out orders being placed! Will definitely go back next time in town!
