I live in mcdonough. I eat there about every other month. The food is never disappointing always look forward to it. Best burger I've had in a long time. Servers change, some great, some not, just like any fast food place. Been going since they opened up. Food never disappointing. :)
I stopped in for the first time yesterday to grab a burger before an appt. I ordered the Carolina burger and it was delicious! Mustard, cheese, slaw, chili & onions covering a fresh, grilled to order beef patty. Instant nostalgia as I was reminded of the burgers my mom used to get us as kids. I did not wait long and I actually enjoyed chatting with one of the owners as he was preparing the burger.
Thank you for great customer service, a tasty burger and a wonderful memory of my mom.

We came for our birthday dinner and the food is awesome! The topped it off with a milk shake! Definitely recommend!!!
Me and my Husband loved it, the food was excellent and so was the service. It took a while for the food but that's because the food is so damn good ��love this place I will contuue to support���
We had the sweetest cashier and order taker... excellent food.... awesome experience... will go back... and as a matter of fact when I go in for my surgery next month I am going to beg my child to bring me a goodie from there.... three of us went,,, three of us loved the entire experience...
Dinner Sunday nite. Wife had cheesy and I the Carolina. Also Mac and cheese bites and small Irish nachos. First way too much food. Taste and appearance excellent. Service very good. Little pricy but you pay for quality so it was well worth it. Only issue I had was they serve Pepsi and I am a Coke person but mug root beer worked fine.
We came for the first time to a wayback...and we will definitely return! The wait time was a bit much bit they were fairly busy.

This was our first visit to Wayback Burgers. ALL of the food was "cooked to order & fresh". Though the burgers could use more seasoning; they were still VERY good and cooked perfectly. The toppings were excellent. We tried the cheesy fries, fresh cooked potato chips and the milk shake. We enjoyed them all. We WILL return!!
Very good food. Large burgers (my husband and I each had the Original Burger) with me getting a side of tater tots (too many to consume there so snack for later) and husband got the onion rings that he enjoyed very much. The meat is fresh cooked and they were soft and not overcooked and hard. Will most definitely frequent this establishment when craving a hamburger because it will be my go to place.
Being from the greatest State(California) that has the best burger chain(in n out) I must say Way back burgers are amazing. They can go toe to toe with with top leading burger chains by taste alone. It's hard to find a burger that holds me over until I go home to visit. Will definitely return to enjoy another burger.
One of the best burgers I had. I am very selective about ham burgers. The patty was very moist and full of flavor. Burgers are made to order so you know they are super fresh. Great selection of toppings. Fries were pretty good. I would recommend this place to others.
Good fast food burger joint in residential area, clean dining area including the bathrooms. The food was fresh and delicious. Good customer service. If you want spicy sauce ask and they have it. Great location and fast service.
