Ive been ordering from the palace for nearly 2 decades..the posts i see here are haters and passers thru, and not true locals lol. My wife and I are a weekly delivery order and if anything, ive noticed the food is MUCH MORE flavorful in the past few months and the people I deal on the phone and upon delivery, are very hospitable. I suggest those who are so unsatisfied for the reasonable cost and no delivery charge except tip, go to Fred Meyers or Whole Foods and get some Chung King in the can and be happy or stop being so damn picky! lol. The fish in his tank bother you?... order out or get delivery ...Geez

I was a bit surprised to read some of the reviews. I have been coming here, bringing people here and visiting after I moved when I would come home to visit, for around 10 years. The staff is great as well as friendly and the food is great. I've used their delivery service on numerous occasions and found that Jimmy Johns could learn from them about the meaning of "freakishly fast".

This place is absolutely busy for a reason. Everytime I come here there are non stop phone calls, Door Dash, Uber Eats, and regular pick ups. I'm on a 14 fast everyday. I when I came here yesterday I was Hangry!! We wanted to dine in. The line was long. The phone would not stop ringing. The staff was moving as fast as possible to take care of everyone. And I felt for them. The point of the story is to be patient. The staff will take care of you. And the food is worth the wait. Yummy in my tummy. Best Egg Flower and Hot and Sour soup ever.

My family and I have been enjoying their food, and their fast and friendly service for over 2 decades! My only complaint is that the restrooms are never presentable. If I had used their restroom to wash up, my very first visit there, I probably would have walked out instead. They each need a DEEP cleaning by professionals and then new paint. They always look like a dirty mop has been splashed around, instead of anyone making an actual attempt at CLEANING. This small expense would make a huge difference in how the restaurant is perceived. I think it would increase their dine-in business. It's obvious they are doing thriving business in take-out and delivery orders. Yes, COVID has made differences in dining choices everywhere, but I think there's more to it here. I avoid the bathrooms because when I've absolutely had to use it (I love tea!), it grosses me out. Cleanliness is not just about having a nice appearance! When a diner has ANY reason to worry about a lack of cleanliness, where it can be seen, it makes you question the level of sanitation behind the scenes. As for me, I'll still continue going back, but I keep sanitizer in my purse, rather than using their restroom to wash up.
