First time here yesterday and it was really good!! The gentleman working was super friendly and accommodating to my very indecisive 4 year old. We will be coming back for sure!!
Great addition to the. Neighborhood. Great selection of options and service was amazing. The owner was friendly and takes pride in his new shop. We will definitely go again.
I wish that others could have the service that I did today around 2pm; the gentleman was friendly, informative, and wanted to be sure the seated customers were enjoying their treats. The location was clean and tidy plus their new-for-today flavors were varied and intriuging. My gelati with vanilla custard and mango ice hit the spot and I would absolutely come here again and recommend it to friends.

Incredible flavors, texture and variety! My family and I lived back east and Rita's always had a very long line. We are ecstatic that Rita's is now available in Brentwood! What a treat!!!
We loved our visit yesterday. The Cherry and Pineapple Ices were so great. Can not wait to go back and try the rest. This place is going to be a super big hit once the weather turns nicer. Definitely put it on your to do list

This is a great addition to Brentwood. We have been in lots of times. Everything we have tried has been fabulous and fresh. The Italian ice is made fresh every day and the custard (ice cream) is rich and creamy. AND Rita's family owned.
We are a North East Coast family living in Brentwood, so happy to have a little "home" here in the East Bay !!

Stumbled on this gem at a Food Truck Event. Had to make sure we found Rita's to try more flavors. DO NOT SLEEP ON THE FROZEN CUSTARD!!!

Never had frozen custard before this, but I can say I'm a big fan. Very nice texture and taste, and the frozen ice treats were amazing too. Only problems we had were that they were out of vanilla, so most of us had to get something different than what we wanted, which was fine in the end. The other problem, was that there was a mouse outside one the doors if the place. It was still alive but wasn't moving, and that's all I'm gonna say about it, cause that's all that happend. But generally a great place.
The service here is slow, but that's because they only have two people working. Also if the customer doesn't know what they want and need samples that also slows it down. If there are two people in front of you it will take 30 mins to get in and out. If you see a line out the door forget about it. Now the treats are very good, they have soft serve custard which is better than frozen yogurt, it's more creamy. Also they can make a ice cream sandwich with the custard or a mix of custard and bits of Oreo, Reeses or other candies, kinda of like a blizzard or Mcflurry, they call them concrete here. They also have Italian ice, which is like a sorbet. They have tons of flavors to choose from for the custard and the Italian ice. Definitely tasty, just look out for the long lines.
Love love love this place. Never heard of Rita's before. My brother brought some over for dessert after dinner and it was fantastic. The frozen custard is so creamy. The Vanilla and Chocolate flavors are to die for. We are definitely hooked as we have been back 5 times already, but who's counting.
