We just eat here tonight, drive thru. Wanted to try the new Southwestern Salad and funnel cake. I read the reviews, before we went, almost changed our minds about even going! Decided to try anyway, glad we did! 1, not busy at all, 1 car at the window. After ordering, it took at 2 mins, 4 t get the food. So, pretty good! 2, we ask for extra dressing, it WAS included in the order!! 3, the younger guy worker the window was very nice!! We would definitely recommend!!

My family and I had a good experience at this place. The food was good and the service was fast and very friendly. I recommend this place for a quick bite, the food had good quality. The place was clean and located in a good area. Good for kids too. The prices are reasonable.

Food was good staff was friendly. However, I probably waited 15-20 minutes in line and was 3 cars back from where order was given . One car pulled off and so did another behind me. There was a 20 minute wait on bone in wings apparently. So I just got a cobb salad instead.

Club Salad was decent. Blue cheese dressing was good. Fried pickles were great. Friend had chicken strips with "questionable" Buffalo sauce (zax sauce) . Come slaw was good.

In addition to some pretty good chicken entres, Zaxby's frequently donates a percentage of food sales to community groups and non-profits such as the Brevard Ballet School. A great location near other fast food restaurant. Great parking, but hard to make a left out of the lot due to heavy traffic much of the time.

We arrived around 8;15 and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches and they were delicious. Even though the wait time was around 25 minutes, it will not deter us from going back. It was the best chicken sandwich we have had anywhere, hands down.

I could just let the photos speak for themselves but what you see here is hard as rocks "toast", "onion rings", shriveled up chicken rocks, and undercooked bone in wings drizzled with sauce instead of being coated like they were supposed to be. The boxes were absolutely gross covered in grease and God knows what else. I ate two out of ten of the bone in wings after I had them actually toss them for me because I was starving and had no other options for food tonight. Was just hoping maybe I was being ridiculous but no these things were rubbery and half cold with tons of pink/red in the middle. Hoping I don't get food poisoning from this but my stomach is already upset. Just look at the last photo. This is insane. The two girls working the front were empathetic, apologetic and professional. The manager didn't say anything to me after the girl working the register went to go get him to tell him I wanted my money back except to ask if I wanted a receipt. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant/fast food. I'll check back in tomorrow with whether or not I ended up sick. #thoughtsandpreyers Edit: For some reason there isn't an option for me to upload photos with my review but if anyone would like to see them I have them saved and will not be getting rid of them. Update:6/27/22 Carrington (sp?) gave the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. You can tell that they actually care about the quality of service that they give. My order was wrong and they fixed it asap and had a great attitude the whole time. They need a raise and a promotion because I’m only coming back on the days that they work. The food has also improved dramatically from a couple years ago. I think the issues with orders being wrong is actually coming from the technical side of production and corporate should look into that.
