Every time I go to this location and Brick they are all very sweet and kind! They are very accommodating and take care of you with the most efficient service! I come here quite often especially because of how well this location is ran, I recommend this Bubbakoo’s to all my clients also (:

Update: Emailed customer support. They were quick to respond and took my complaint seriously. I changed my star rating because the service I received from the customer support and I feel confident that this will be handled internally.
Horrible service. We were told at 8:30pm when the place doesn't close until 9pm that the grill was off and could not get a shrimp burrito. Meanwhile the guy JOHNNY who CLAIMED TO BE the manager when he was just a regular employee was grilling food for himself!!! He was very rude and unprofessional and clearly LIED about his position. Only to find out from corporate he is NOT a manager at all! Will not be back and will be sure to let all my friends and family know!! Shame on you Doug for allowing your employees to treat your customers like this!
Always come to this place, it’s always awesome food. Today I ordered fried Oreos and I didn’t see them till I got home, I wish they were better :c
