This spot has been a landmark eatery for as far back as I can remember & been going here since I was a kid. They’re prices are fair & the food/service are always spot on. I mainly get breakfast most of the time & lunch once in awhile.
The staff is knowledgeable & friendly for anything your looking for. Plenty of seating inside in case you wanna eat in & not in a rush.
Always get treated well & friendly. Usually just order one thing — Turkey sausage egg and cheese. Drive thru line usually a wait but I don’t trip. Food takes a minute to be ready but I guess cuz it’s actually being cooked, not just heated and wait for order :-/
Sigh very good food and to be honest the best hot dog I have had in a long time but there is always a but some times I don't how this happened but I found a piece of nasty hair in meal and also bathroom was not clean at all and gave me attitude when I told them
Although I'm not a long-time supporter of Duchess, I can honestly say that they've been consistently good for the past couple of years that I've been frequenting there. I've had the breakfast sandwiches, one of their Chef salads, a mango smoothie, and on a few other occasions, I've enjoyed the meatloaf dinner. I've also tried their burgers. This time, however, I went for the patty melt (and a good chocolate shake) it was absolutely delicious! it came with some bacon on it. Love that they have decent parking. They also have a drive through even though the wait... Maybe it's always kind of long because everything is prepared fresh. At any rate, the only reason I didn't give the patty melt a "5 All Day" is because it wasn't quite as good as the one I had at Merritt Canteen. Veal Parmesan was tasty. Obviously, the sauce was not homemade, long-simmered quality but it was good and the size was right. Thoroughly enjoyed the Italian Wedding Soup! It was my first time trying that type of soup.
Yummy a BLT was delicious an the turkey melt was ol so delicious.. that a great way to start your day off

If you've been following my reviews, I have Celiac. I ordered the veggie egg omelet and the cashier asked what else? I replied I can't have anything else as I have a gluten allergy. The cashier recommended the home fries and turkey sausage. I couldn't find what type of sausage served online, but assuming all is good; I was excited to have a breakfast option. Lunch would be the salad with grilled chicken (no croutons or the like).
