Like many many other lovers I love my coffee and coffee cake at Starbucks. But what makes me more happy to write this review is for one of their employee Keri (I wish I had got her full nam). I first met at another location down the road and just on our second walk in she knew me by name and my exact order.
It was more a surprise because it was/is during the pandemic so I was 😷 too. After the gap of more than 3-4 months saw her today at this new location. I was kind of certain she cannot recall me but I was wrong. Yes I was masked 😷 today but still she knew me by my name and my exact order of coffee and cake. I was so pleasantly surprised. I don’t know how but it makes you feel special. Thank you Keri !
Staff is nice. Drive through is usually pretty quick. Most coffees I get are good. Their cold brew is not on par with other Starbucks locations it tastes like the iced coffee, not strong like a cold brew, except cold brew costs way more.
I had a wonderful time during a stressful moment for the staff. The person in front of us yelled through the drive through then drove away without paying. When I pulled up to the window they seemed put together and maintained an air of professionalism. While I was waiting I sparked up a conversation and learned the names of the baristas at the time were Phrakeuta, Eryonne, and CC and heard they had a hell of a day. I told them they had done a fantastic job staying positive and I really appreciated the level of customer service them maintained regress. Happy to have a Starbucks in the area:).
Grace was an outstanding customer service employee. She was helpful, volunteered to help me with the Target and helping other customers. A multitasking worker.
This location is inside of Target. It's not a bad location as lines are usually non-existent or very short. I assume they carry the full menu like the actual brick-and-mortar stores do, but I did not verify that. It is convenient to have a Starbucks in Target if you are planning to shop but it is a hassle if you are going there strictly just for coffee.
I actually do not like Starbucks but this location is wonderful. They always go above and beyond to make your drink as you like and the service is always with a smile. The only Starbucks I will go to and their manager should be proud of their workers.
Normally love it and it was out of the worker's control but they don't have the gluten free breakfast sandwiches anymore. The egg and bacon bites were amazing though.
I wasn't at Starbucks, Starbucks is inside TARGET. I went to TARGET to buy some much needed household products. I love TARGET I hear people say WAL-MART is cheaper, but not necessarily. TARGET has some really great deals on several different products. Their sale items usually come with a good deal as well. Sometimes if you buy certain household items they give you TARGET Gift Cards along with the sale price. You can get $5., $10., gift cards to use when you come back. Or you can give them as a gift. They make great stocking stuffers! Not only that but the employees will actually HELP YOU if you can't find what you are looking for, they will walk you to the item, if it isn't on the shelf they have radios to call back in the back and locate the items. They will then retrieve the merchandise for you. That is service, & it usually comes with a smile, friendliness & courtesy. The aisles are wide enough to pass other shoppers with ease. The check out lanes move quickly & usually they have enough people checking out customers so after shopping you don't have to wait too long in line. Shopping at TARGET is usually a good experience. And if you have someone with you that hates to shop (usually a man, LOL) they can wait for you inside the store in Starbucks. Thank you for reading my post. Mary Ann Genzler
It is nice to have a Starbucks in a Target because I really do not enjoy shopping in a place like this for more than 30 minutes. A caffeine boost can save the day. Service is about what you would expect from a Starbucks.
Awesome people....friendly and fast. They always make my coffee perfectly (it's a weird drink), and they even know my name. I definitely recommend this Starbucks :)
I don't go here much, but my daughter sure does. Well by my rating, she is still a customer lol
What can You say about Starbucks that hasn't been said...
They started out in Seattle...where They Know Their Coffee... Can't walk down a Seattle St..without tripping over a coffee shop...and Starbucks is now , and has always been....The Best Of The Best!!!

They had run out if my favorite Chocolate Croissant. It's okay, I didn't need it anyway. Lol
Always prompt, courteous and on target with what the customer wants! I always go to the one by the high school. The one on 159 has a snotty buresta.
