We go there quite a bit when we are in town. I've never had bad serves. Our waitress was very nice. The food was good. I had the hot turkey sandwich. It came with orange and yellow carrots. I've never had yellow ones. And I thought it was good. I've never had anything there that wasn't delicious.

My girlfriend and I are on a road trip from Arizona to Oregon, and we stopped in Perry, UT for gas and kept driving on Highway 89 until we saw Brigham. Nice little restaurant with a down home, old town feel. The food portions are generous and very filling. I enjoyed the corn chowder and French dip, while my girlfriend had a chicken club and house salad. We both imbibed in the delicious sweet tea. This place is definitely worth a visit.

The place was packed on a Sunday, but they got us in pretty quickly. The servers were so amazing, she checked on us often and was so kind. My steak sandwich was delicious, the onions and mushrooms were sautéed nicely. The steak was soft and flavorful. The coffee was pretty bland, but I love my strong coffee. So take that with a grain of salt. The sweet potato fries seemed to have been tossed in sugar, which I was not a fan of at all. I dont want sugary fries, sweet potato fries are perfect on their own with a little salt. The place was super clean and inviting, and the decor is so fun!

We love it here! Food is great, not overpriced, kids are welcome, and their overall atmosphere is amazing! You can tell that this is more of a family feel then just a bunch of people together eating. Me and my family eat here as often as we can!
3.9 Stars, Nice little diner, good menu selection and good food. Club sandwich was good, standard nothing fancy. Onion rings were average, tots were about the same. Steak sandwich and French dip were about average. All solid good food. Good service, great desserts, the pecan pie and cinnamon roll alomode were great.

We really enjoyed our meal at J & D’s! Most of us ordered breakfast for dinner and everything was hot, fresh, and on point! Our daughter LOVES cinnamon rolls so of course we finished our meal with a hot Sweetie topped with ice cream. 😂 Our server was so nice and patient with us and she gave us great suggestions. If you’re looking for a delicious diner, stop here! We loved our food and had a fun experience.

J&D's is an awesome mom and pops kind of restaurant. I have been going to J&D's for a number of years now and I have always enjoyed it. The food and service is always good. It's small and fills up quickly and gets pretty crowded. It could use some updating in decor and maybe expand to accommodate more people, but other than that, J&D's is a great place to eat and enjoy a great small town atmosphere.
Friendly service and homey feel. The prices are very reasonable and the serving sizes are a healthy amount (ie don’t expect to take home a second meal as leftovers). I prefer it that way anyway. Most places serve way more than is healthy IMO. The food tasted alright but not mind blowing. I did like that the Chuck O Rama people came here to eat. 😁 Overall it was alright. We were passing through Brigham and decided to stop here for dinner. Only big complaint was that the meatballs were way too salty - unedible salty.
Cozy restraunt in the heart of Brigham city with a old fashioned cafe feel. The food was amazing, had the polish sausage, scrambled egg, hashbrowns and pancakes breakfast with a half order of biscuits and gravy. The portion sizes are above average and will fill you up easily. The server was very friendly and attentive always making sure everyone in her section was doing well. Meal price was very fair especially considering portion size. I would highly recommend this restraunt and will be going back!
Good American food at a great price. We were passing through on a long road trip. The service was good but felt a little ignored as the server spent more time with the locals. Makes sense, but we needed to be on our way again.

Great cafe\dinner in a great town. Full menu with an excellent breakfast section. Great service. There is usually a couple older gentleman having coffee and telling stories. I had breakfast and the pancakes were delicious. Hash browns smothered in ketchup, yum. If you are in town stop by for a good meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.
A good place to take a group of people. My friends and I went here during late breakfast early lunch, it was pretty busy and it took us maybe 15-20 minutes to be seated, when we were we saw that there was a bunch of advertisements all over the tables which is a little gross. I ordered the double patty melt, which is whats in that picture and it was absolutely amazing, and for a really good price, the sweet potato fries are also the bomb! I would absolutely recommend this place for groups or even just 1 or 2 people!
This place is like going back in time in the best way! There aren't very many of these family-diners left anymore. My grandpa used to take me to restaurants like this where he was a regular. I'd get a giant cinnamon roll and hot chocolate or biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns. The prices here are unmatched, and the food is just right. I will definitely stop here whenever I get a chance.
