It was a great night out!! The service was spot on, Food very tasty especially the onion dip with sweet potato fries, the fried chicken to die for, the blackened grouper had a kick but not too spicy and the drinks delicious. There were 4 of us so we shared the different plates giving us the flavor of Bourbons. The only drawback sometimes it became so loud you couldn’t hear what your guests were saying. But that’s to be expected in a lively fun place like Bourbons. Definitely going back, have to try the brunch sometime�

My husband and I tried Bourbon’s for the first time tonight- the boiled peanut hummus appetizer was delicious. I had the squash ravioli and my husband had the brisket sandwich- we both absolutely loved our meals; very nice presentation and cooked perfectly. Our server Lauren was awesome. We would like to have seen a few more draft beer choices on the menu, but overall had a great experience- we will definitely go again!

I have been here a few times now and the staff knowledge, service, and quality of food and drinks has been exceptional to say the least. If anyone is looking for a new place to try in downtown Brighton, look no farther. Bourbons has an excellent menu with options for everyone. I personally love the Chicken (it’s been my favorite so far, but recommend the trout as well) and Hummingbird Cake, if you can’t decide on something to eat.

We ate at Bourbons last night. What a great experience! This family really knows how to run restaurants. Chef Jared came and talked to us, what a fun, down to earth guy who knows his stuff! I had the Fried chicken...it had a honey glaze drizzled on it that was delicious!! My daughter had the Lo country Boil (I think that’s what you call it!)She loved it too! My dish came with a peppery biscuit (wasn’t a fan, but I don’t like pepper). The bar menu, especially the beer list was good. And the atmosphere was excellent!

I can't decide what I love best about this place... the decor and staff bring high end but welcoming ambiance, and the pulled pork sandwich is absolutely to die for!!! Be sure to try an old fashioned too!

Bourbons was awesome!!! Our waitress was too kind and very accommodating. Her name was Toni. The manager was also the kindest man. Food was spectacular . We had the 13 hr brisket sandwich, the pulled pork sandwich and the pork belly burnt ends . We loved it all !!!!! You must go here !!!!!!

Superb! The service matched the food-outstanding. The flavor of my fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits with succotash and collards still has been raving. My family ate from the brunch menu and were equally satisfied! We will definitely go back!

My husband and I tried Bourbons with some friends, and we thought it was awesome. We each tried some of the specialty cocktails and thought they were phenomenal. We LOVED the flatbread appetizer. The crust was super thin and crispy, but it was packed with so much flavor. I ordered the shrimp and grits - creamy and delicious. I also tried my friend’s fried chicken. I rarely order chicken off of a menu because I don’t usually find it to be that impressive, but this was hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had. The price was very reasonable for the quality of food we had.

Great evening. Service was stellar! Our waiter was attentive and knew the menu well. His recommendations were spot on! If in Brighton or passing through, stop. It will be worth it.

I really enjoy this new place for food and drinks in Brighton. The menu is different and stands out from the rest of town, the specialty cocktails are very unique and always go down easy and the bar tending staff is superb! This is a great establishment all the way around!

Our dinner last night was sooo good. We started with the pear and fig pizza as an app. Very tasty and great start for four. I had the buttermilk fried chicken. Was happy it was boneless. So moist and tasty. Loved the honey on it! Everyone else's dinner was delicious also. And service was very attentive. Will be back !

Great food and drinks. Best old fashioned I’ve ever had, and my fav meal is the chicken salad (ask for it to be spicy!). Just had the brunch there too - the huevos rancheros were very tasty. It’s a bit pricey though.
