We stumbled up on this cute little diner. The people here are so nice and sweet. The food was great also. I wish I had room for the desert. I got the burger and fries. It was great! My dad got the cowboy burger!
This was not a quick process, but worth every minute you wait. My breakfast of corned beef hash, scrambled eggs (with cheese) and home fries were over the top delicious. The toast made from homemade sunflower wheat however, stole the show. Already planning the next visit.
We love Debs. Everything is always super good. We love the waitress (also Deb) there. She is TOPS! Do not skip the homemade bread/toast no matter how many carbs you count! It is always a highlight of breakfast. I love the sunflower wheat but recently had the rye and hello! Can you say delicious??
Our family was visiting the area from NJ and we stopped in. Food, atmosphere and service were amazing. Our server was personable, caring and interesting to talk too. You can’t go wrong with the blueberry pancakes or French toast. Highly recommend stoping in.
You will never go wrong eating at Deb's Diner. All the food is homemade and the portions are a great deal for the price. Deb herself is hands on in the kitchen most days. An amazing cook with a warm and friendly personality. Maine's best kept secret.
Just got back from a family brunch and I can’t say enough good about Deb’s. The food is really good, old-fashioned breakfast fare. Portions are huge. Going out to eat, though, is more than consuming food. It’s an experience…how the restaurant makes you *feel* is just as important as how the food tastes. And the front person for creating that experience is the server. Our server, Jackie, was absolutely charming. She’s the type of person you like immediately when you meet them. Subsequently, she gives the impression that she’s taking care of you rather than just delivering your food. In other words, good food + good service = a warm, wonderful time.
This tiny place is worth looking for. The strawberry rhubarb pancakes were truly memorable, and there were so many fresh muffin options to choose from we're sure to return for more. Jacenta's service was perfect and friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Delicious breakfast while camping, food was fast and so TASTY! Prices were absolutely reasonable and portions were generous! We had the last two pieces of the thick cinnamon french toast & corned beef hash! Everything was well seasoned, made with love for sure! Will be back again. :)
Great little diner on the coast of Maine. Had breakfast and lunch both super yummy. Great staff also. Worth the drive.
We drove by Deb‘s Bristol Diner and noted groups of people milling about outside. A short time later we drove by again and the wait seemed to subside so we stopped for breakfast.
Thanks to the locals at counter, they made room for us at the counter. All of the tables inside were taken, we were fortunate to get the remaining two counter seats. On Sunday, the day of our visit, they only serve breakfast until 1 p.m. They had three specials and a full menu.
This was a tough decision, sitting at the counter we got to see many dishes coming out of the kitchen. The homemade raisin French toast looked delicious, as did the home fries and hollandaise covered eggs being served.
It is hard to pass up a homemade Maine blueberry muffin, so we shared a grilled one as a breakfast appetizer. The anticipation was mouth watering as it sat in the window with butter on the side, just waiting to be served. The inside had a creamy flavored texture and my first thought was it was not baked thoroughly, but I was wrong, somehow Deb’s has managed to make an airy, creamy and delicious muffin.
I ordered the homemade hash, farm fresh eggs over easy, bacon and a homemade biscuit.
The hash had peppers, onions, carrots, hash browns and lots of corned beef. It was pretty good, but I like it with potatoes. The eggs were perfect and the bacon was crispy, just how I like it. The biscuit was outstanding, I asked for the recipe, but was told no. The recipe was said to be ranked #6 in a Paula Dean biscuit contest.
Our waitress was very attentive with water and coffee refills and conversation.
If you find yourself in Bristol, this is definitely a worthwhile stop for breakfast…and I imagine any other meal as well!
Well done Deb’s & staff!
Breakfast at Deb's is always amazing. Pancakes and homemade bread are so good. The specials are also always very good. Service is great and everyone is friendly. It's a small place, so there can be a bit of a wait at times, but it's worth it. Highly recommend stopping in!
Debs Bristol Diner has easily become my favorite spot to get breakfast. Never before have I had such a wonderful establishment this close to my home, where I can not think of a single complaint or thing I would change. (Sausage gravy biscuits....enough said)
From the atmosphere, to the home cooked food, all the way to the wonderful service. I guarantee that you'll remember your dining experience at Debs. Tell them Kris sent you 🤘😎
The food at Debs was delicious. A combo meal breakfast was around $15 which is pretty average these days. But the quality of food you get for that price is so worth it. The bacon was thick cut and the toast was from their own homemade bread. We will definitely be back
This Diner is a must visit. Everything is top notch. The scratch made muffins and breads are everything they should be. The daily specials do sell out, so don’t go too late. On our second visit, the special was a smoked salmon avocado toast. Everything about the plate was top notch and put this plate in the top 3 of the best things I have ever eaten.
Amazing homemade corn beef hash! Great service! If it's the weekend take a number. Small business but we'll worth the wait.
Great food at a small little diner that might normally get overlooked! I really enjoyed this place, it has a great staff and a kind atmosphere. I got an omelette and liked it, I highly recommend stopping by this diner to pick up some breakfast.

My only complaint... is that this place is so far away from me! Was in the area for my friend's wedding and came across this spot in the morning- the food was absolutely phenomenal. If it weren't 2 hours away from where I live I would be making it my regular brunch spot
