Very impressed with the level of customer satisfaction they offer. Today my order was short a couple of Indian tacos and when I called to inform. They were aware and had tried to stop me before I drove off. They offered to bring it to me at home and I told them I was 15 + minutes from them and I could take a credit but they said it would be no problem to bring it and offered to bring me a drink as well. They went way beyond to ensure I was satisfied. This company deserves 5 stars for this type of response. So many others would say you can come back and get it - and you know you can but really not much of an apology. These folks apologized and really went out of their way. I say give them your business and mention this review!!
Visiting my son in Bristow, Ok. Had 2 Taco Burgers from the drive thru as dining room was STILL closed due to covid!!! Asked for taco sauce, was told I was supposed to order that when I placed my order! Who knew? Ridiculous. They saved themselves very embarrassing moment by giving me what I asked for. Food was good!
I visited my mother who lives in the (very) rural zip code of Bristow. She suggested we go there to shop at Walmart and then get some Taco Mayo. There used to be a lot of Taco Mayos but not anymore, so I thought this was a good idea. Their menu had changed a bit since I last visited, but I ordered a Fresh Mex steak burrito with steak, lettuce, rice, red sauce, onion and pico de gallo. Side of potato locos that my mom could share. That burrito was massive and fresh, and my mother made fun of my gaping mouth as I ate it.
y’all do realize every restaurant prices went up right? also their not a fancy restaurant their a fast food restaurant ofc your food isn’t always gonna be fancy looking. love y’all’s nachos
