Yummy breakfast served hot and fast. LisaMarie, our server, was so nice! We had the classic Eggs Benedict and an over easy combo with scapple...both highly recommended and their rye bread was absolutely delicious.
Best authentic food in the area. It’s a bout time. Great staff.
Great atmosphere when walking in! The tables and the surrounding area was very clean. The food was great. The workers were helpful and let me take my time. Definitely a great experience and I will be coming back.
P.S. the veggie omlete and home fries were absolutely delicious. Best in the area, in my opinion, best in the Lehigh valley. The French toast was a very nice treat at the end
On a short vacation with my sister-in-law and stopped in for dinner. The food was amazing and our waitress was just so nice and helpful. We'll be sure to be back again for another meal or two while we are in town.
Both of us enjoyed our dinners because they were a "cut above." The attention to detail and the fact that everything tasted so fresh and good led me to believe that the chef really cares about what they serve the customers. Even the house salad was a little different with extra plenty of fresh veggies. I would highly recommend a visit to Chestnuthill Star Diner. You won't be disappointed.

It is a decent diner - timing and staff make the difference in experience & quality but that is at all places. We normally have a delicious meal - home fries are simple no onions or peppers & that is a positive thing for us. We enjoy a nice breakfast and they provide that. My eggs in my sandwich were over cooked but my husbands over easy were perfect - daughter loved her scrambled (we added cheese)
Amazing Oreo pancakes and great server. Waited a little for food but it was totally worth the wait and our server kept updating us on our foods progress which was a big plus. She was great. Only negative I would say is that the diner has two websites at the moment with slightly different information and one of the menus don't work.

We had a delicious lunch at the Chestnut Hill star diner. We had Sally as our server and she was excellent. She was very efficient, kind and fun! It was only our second time at the diner because we're new to the area but we will definitely be back.
I was here today and it was the most delicious hamburger ı have eaten ever. I noticed that lots of georgious changes have been maden in the diner by new ownership.
Gotta try the pie! 🥧 Lemon Meringue is my go to. The food is great to. If you don't like something they are very cool about it. Great seating too. Nice views anywhere you seat.

Best local diner/restaurant around. I had salmon, mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes. The food was amazing, mashed potatoes and mac n cheese was immaculate. Salmon tasted amazing as well. The service was fast and very nice. I had apple pie with a scoop of ice cream for dessert which was delicious. Definitely will come back here.
Great French fries and the Reuben was good, fresh coffee fair prices.

I’m a “regular” here, mostly for breakfast although sometimes for lunch. Food is cooked to order, served quickly with friendly and attentive staff, and delicious. This morning I had eggs over easy, hash browns done crispy, bacon crispy and whole wheat toast. Everything was cooked just the way I like it- and I was pleased with the amount of bacon - 4 full slices! Of course, my coffee cup was filled and refilled often! My husband likes the egg’s Benedict but always gets tomato in place of the ham. Not every place we go “gets” this but here, they make it perfectly! They also have great pancakes, oatmeal with fresh fruit and omelettes. During the week they offer deals where the coffee is included, which I love. For lunch, I love their soup and BLT, while my husband loves the turkey club. There are daily specials on the blackboard which offer a lot of variety. Great desserts in the case always tempt me! Restrooms have been redone nicely and the place recently installed some tvs. The new owners continue to make upgrades and improvements. It is always clean inside, which I appreciate. The location is perfect and has plenty of parking. It is handicapped accessible, as well. We always sit in the booths, but there are tables as well- plus I see many take-out orders too. They aim to please and will make things right if it’s not what you wanted. You can’t ask for more than that! Go, eat and be happy!!

Wow, super clean and very friendly. And guess what food was delicious too. They appreciated my business I would go back. I felt prices were comparable to other similar diners I've been to.
I visited this place with my family . I was so impressed with my dinner. We tried Philly cheesesteaks and hamburger and we loved them. The staff and the owner were very kind and welcoming. I am looking forward to visit again on my way to PA
