Lovely place, great food. Just nice and relaxing. Sat there and had my breakfast at 2pm. The coffee is amazing.
Awesome, I had the green goddess salad. I will go back again!

This is place is around the corner from the main street which in our opinion is perfect. As you walk into the block you travel back to the 60’s with all the brownstones.
As for the food and service we were greeted with a smile and a large variety of pastries. They serve brunch all day. We had the supreme omelette and avocado toast.
They have outdoor seating and a second floor space.
The decoration and ambience are very welcoming. The music volume is just right. You can talk to friends or even get some work done.
Ordered on Uber Eats,
Everything was fresh tasting, unprocessed and yummy. The chicken avocado is amazing! I had it on a croissant and it was a dream! All the pastries were soft and fresh. The lemon olive oil cake was extremely moist, exceeded my expectation. Best eaten warm. Will definitely order again or visit.
I loved it here! Their food is fulfilling and sufficient in quantity. An added bonus is that they endorse everything on their menu is halal. I loved how refreshing and lightly sweetened their Moroccan tea was.
SN: Rooftop seating available. I would not come here to do quiet work but I think it’s a good spot to meet friends.
Excellent place for lazy (or quick) afternoon lunch!
The chicken sandwich, soup and latte we had could not have been better, and discovering the patio just made the experience so much better. The cafe really benefits from the tree-lined street it’s situated on, and the trees provide just the right amount of shade from the afternoon summer sun. For those with a discerning palate, find the mild notes of spices often used in North African and south Asian cuisines in the food they served.
Will definitely be returning to try more from their menu.
This it it! I moved back uptown last summer and I've been searching for the proper coffee spot. This is it. The food and pastries on point but they also have the best cookies around and the atmosphere is perfect for studying.
Loft style coffee shop with pastries and an extensive breakfast menu. Sells Moroccan merchandise and has some Moroccan decor. A beautiful spot in the Bx to be uplifted and comfortable without being pretentious.
I do not exaggerate when I say everything here is fresh, healthy and delicious.
All the breakfast sandwiches are excellent and they offer ways to customize (spinach wrap, extra eggs, etc). Green goddess salad is also a must (I get with either chicken or eggs and smoked salmon). The baked goods are made on premise so are always fresh and always seem to have perfect balance of sweetness. Muffins, chocolate financier, chocolate chip cookie, and especially the cruller donut are not to be missed.
Not to mention the staff are all super friendly, chill, and interesting people, and the place itself has an amazing rooftop patio and always playing great music. I really appreciate this establishment 🙏
Wonderful cafe! Great barista and menu! They had so many amazing looking desserts. It’s spacious inside and out and def somewhere I can’t wait to get back to. The service was exemplary and the coffee is good. It said medium but was darker and nice. They have an amazing kitchen too. Def come check them out. They have a cinnamon croissant too that’s hard to find
Loved this place. The food was delicious, service was kind and polite, and we enjoyed the roof seating area where it appears yoga classes are led. Barista type coffees, Matcha, Chai Lattes, teas etc. They had fresh herbs and berries growing on the roof which they must use for their dishes.
The only disappointment was the narrow 20 step staircase to the roof which will not be possible for many to use. It competed with the nose bleed bleachers of the Old Yankee Stadium. Scary.
A little more than we wanted to spend. ($39 for 2), but a nice place if you need a change or have guests visiting. Disabled accessible on ground floor only. They accept credit and debit cards. Digital receipts available. The new Bronx.
The food was very delicious! This was my first time and I enjoyed what I ordered. However, I wish there was a bread choice with the ranchero sandwich. It comes with a brioche bun, but I’d love to see more health-conscious choices. Like multigrain, flax, etc. The iced coffee is pretty on point as well. I like the fact they put a decent pour in there, like an ounce or two, rather than a small splash. Thank you!
Although the pastries were 4 for me (coffee was 5,) the additional 1 star is for their community-engaged space.
The cafe was welcoming with some t-shirts from local for sale.
I had the vegan carrot cake and maple cruller. The texture of cake was good but overall kinda too sweet for me; the cruller was the same and was burnt a little bit so I tasted the bitterness.
Coffee was great. Nothing to worry.
Coffee was strong and delicious. I didn't eat, but everything I saw looked good, from pastries to prepared dishes. I love the big wooden tables, bar seating along the windows, spacious room, and comfortable, friendly vibe. Wifi and bathroom, to boot! Can't wait to return and check out the outdoor area!
Great coffee shop. Also looks really nice. The girl who took care of us was really nice and friendly. The only reason I took off one star was because the food was just ok, in my opinion. I do like the environment here and I would def come back again, even if it’s just for a cup of coffee. Would recommend.
First time visiting the Place and I absolutely loved it, I couldn't believe I found this Soho Style Kitchen here at the Bronx, the Service and the food were great! the guys at the counter were awesome very helpful and welcoming, the Ambient and the place in general super clean and organized, I loved the Marroquin concept, the portions of the plates were good for a decent price, definitely recommend it and I will come back again...
I ordered the Green Goddess Bowl ($11) plus chicken ($extra) for take out. This place is a healthy food option in the South Bronx. Items are pricey relative to what is affordable in the neighborhood but comparable to sweet green or other salad chains. There is coffee, teas, pastries, and hot food available. The chicken in the salad was really good and flavorful. I typically don't like arugula. I like that they sell products from local vendors and have a youth program. I think that's key for a business in a black and brown community to combat the gentrification cafes typically bring. There is a rooftop with seating and wifi. I will try and come back to lounge. Also, the smart printer was clutch when I had to print something.
This place is exceptional. Easily one of the best cafés in NYC. Lovely staff(Elvis rocks), elegant decor, and bathrooms are clean! You will not be disappointed.
I love this place because of the calming atmosphere. It’s a great place to study, work, or grab some coffee with a friend. The food is okay, lacked a little flavor for me. However, the coffee is good. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. The rooftop dining is also a plus if you are into eating outdoors. I enjoy the space and will most likely keep coming because of the coffee. Totally recommend!
Great place for lunch! Pleasant atmosphere. Ample seating. Delicious tea and coffee, and very fresh pastries. Bread pudding to kill for! Vegetarian options available. They use very fresh ingredients for soups, salads and sandwiches. Very clean bathroom. Several books and souvenirs for purchase. The staff is nice and will modify orders upon request.
This is dream come true!!!!
