Now let’s talk about their birria tacos with cheese gotta try those for sure, tacos Al pastor that actually taste yummy and fresh also a bomb. Bad a$$ authentic Mexican food, We live in Queens and honestly they never disappoint us at all.

The carnitas tacos were amazing. I didn't care for the birria taco, but it was okay. The tacos were pretty hard to pick up and eat because of the way they laid out the toppings. Prepare to get messy if you get tacos from here; however, if you're like me then that's positively a bonus.
Pricey, but paletable. I did not like that it was order thru QR code, but the gentelman at the window took my order, so no problem. Pictures and food match up. Absolutely delicious.
Ordered via uber eats, deluxe chicken, chorizo and beef tacos and they were pretty awesome. I also bought churros and they were so warm a fresh!! I’ll definitely re order again

For my husband's & I was looking for a place to eat after we had just got out from attending the 60th Anniversary of The Gran Combo Concert while driving we saw this insane lane at 11:03pm of people patiently waiting for food on a cold & frigid night plus when it comes to Mexico food 🤤🤤🤤 So we decided to give Tacos El Chuleton a try let me start by saying we LOVE THE FOOD!! Especially since we are both food snobs Lol 🤣🤣 The food was Absolutely Delicious & so flavorful plus the amount of quantity food they gave my husband & I was absolutely well worth the prices! Their Birra Tacos with Consomé was so good & let me not forget to talk about their MACHETE it is Insanely & Outrageously hands down the best a must buy enough for one hungry person or 2 to share. Also I can forget to mention the young woman that attended us, she was such a beautiful & kind soul explained what was the big seller & accommodated my husband by having all the sauce put on the side for him. If you want great Mexican food at any time of the day this is your place!!
Food used to be awesome before moving across the concourse. Now it's like every other taco spot. The same ol dry tacos with no seasonings. It's not worth the price at all.
Food and service was great to be expected an hour before closing honestly. Steak was tender and juicy!! Expensive...... but worth it!!
Fantastic tacos is all I can say. They were done properly with good amount of meat and extras. The girl taming my.order was very nice and had a great smile. Great food I'll be back
The food is delicious, by far one of the best taco joints in the area. The food is made to order so its fresh ND it just plain good, there aren't enough words to describe how good the food is, toy just have to try it for yourself. I recommend this place to anyone, ir is superb...

So upon doing research, trying to find the best place in NYC to get Birria tacos delivered. I stumbled across this place. I’m very specific about my food and the places I order from. I always google the restaurant and read as many reviews as possible prior to ordering. After reading a few reviews found here on Google, I made the decision to not order from this restaurant. Not because there were reviews about the food being bad or anything of that nature, but because of how the management responds to customers who had an issue with their experience or food at this specific restaurant. I see a lot of back-handed comments coming from the management in return to the customers issue. One customer stated they asked for beef, but got some sort of pork product like (bacon) instead. The managers response was “we know the difference between bacon and beef”. That is ABSOLUTELY not how you run a hospitality business. An apology followed by some sort of compensation or a solution to the problem should be offered. There is also a comment where a customer explained that they didn’t have the best experience with their food. The managers response was that “when people write these reviews it is intentionally hurting the business, especially a small business”. No one is “intentionally” doing anything but describing their experience. It’s up to YOU “the manager” to make it right and make sure it doesn’t happen again so that your business can continue to be successful. My reasoning for writing all of this is to inform the management so that they can prevent themselves from potentially hurting their business. Believe it or not there’s lot’s of people like me out there who always reads reviews not just from the customer, but how management responds as well. A bad manager’s response can be just as bad as a customers bad review and turn a customer aways just as fast. Either way good luck moving forward, I just felt like this was needed to be said.
