This was a pleasant surprise this Dunkin. It looks small at a glance, however, it has a spacious sit-down area on the second floor. This spot seems to be an in and out operation though since there are no restrooms for the public. Also, if you have any type of disability that prevents you from going up the stair, then know you may not seat here. Overall my experience was satisfying. Note: two radios are playing at the same time which makes it difficult to even know what are you listening too.

Service is Fast. That's excellent. But I have been price gouged 20 cents on drinks by a cashier for 5 drinks & the employees don't seem to fill up the containers despite the price gouge.

After 6 months This "Small Location" Has its share of Good and Bad New management and Better employees. And In between early morning "Hangry Karens" If your used to details in food this location isn't "Starbucks and the cost of inflation makes it seem so. However it's not. This is an express location and After seeing many reviews the 3 teams are fast and efficient. The problems that arise are people's expectations and perceptions to a full sized location. I've visited a dunkins on 161st and Yankee stadium with only 2 employees be grateful what ya get. At this location I order foods not customizing anything and I know to pay attention to my reciept that tells me 3x sugar cane less ice etc ..in case I have a preferred taste. Staff is fast and friendly and human beings they are sometimes in the middle of shift changes or co-ordinating multiple things upkeep deliveries stocking food and tending to customers. If I don't have patients on a day I go to DDs by Lincoln hospital. But if I'm patient and have time I go to this location frequently....08/19/23...
So I made an order yesterday (from the mobile app) and the store was closed for reasons. I went back to the store this morning after being advised by Customer Service the previous day for a refund.Max and his male coworker took the initiative to make my order without me even asking or wanting them too. I appreciate the excellent customer service!
At the right time there is no line but if you come at the wrong time you'll have at least a 5 to 7 minute wait. Well worth the time. Enjoy highly recommended for a conversation piece or just to catch up on old times .
It's ok, but no where to really park. Just be watchful where ever, because the traffiic in this area is really congested.
Great treats and eats! I had the apple crumb donut with a large caramel iced coffee with whip cream. One word to describe the combo? Heaven.
