I've been to this location multiple times and never had a problem. My most recent experience was very good. The food was fresh. And my order was 100% correct. Overall a very good White castles location
I always asked for my fish to be dropped fresh...never been a problem. Good customer service, on this occasion.
It's White Castle, you either like it or you don't. This is a good location they get you in and out quick and the employees are cool. 24 hours and it gets a crazy on Friday and Saturday when the clubs and bars shut down.
Love me some white castle always coming thru in the clutch.
Can't go to the city without getting my White Castle! The staff was great and the gurl on the grill was killin it 👏🏾
Enjoy the large milkshakes very much! Got sliders & fries...great meal for me!
I've always had a bad experience at most White Castles, but this time the experience was good and the little burgers hit the spot! Usually the steamed burgers make the buns too soggy, but these were cheesy and nice.
The fries could use some extra crispiness though.
Cant use Apple Pay thru the drive thru. However they take it inside. This place has been here for years. I remember going here with my mom as a young child. Happy to see it’s still around. The workers aren’t rude and are quick.
White Castle, the iconic fast-food chain known for its small, square-shaped burgers, has a long-standing history in the industry. While it may not offer a gourmet burger experience, it provides a unique and nostalgic taste that has attracted a loyal following over the years.
The signature sliders at White Castle are the stars of the menu. These petite burgers are served on soft, steamed buns and topped with grilled onions and pickles. The patties themselves are thin and have a distinct flavor that sets them apart from traditional fast-food burgers. They are cooked on a flat-top griddle, resulting in a slightly crispy exterior while remaining juicy on the inside.
White Castle's sliders are known for their simplicity and affordability. The small size of the burgers makes them ideal for those looking for a quick bite or craving a variety of flavors.
One area where White Castle falls short is the overall quality of the ingredients. While the sliders can be satisfying in terms of flavor, the meat can sometimes have a greasy or processed taste. The steamed buns, although soft, can be a bit soggy, and the toppings, while providing some added flavor, don't always deliver on freshness and quality.
In terms of service, White Castle generally delivers on efficiency and speed, adhering to its fast-food model. Shout out to Ashley who was very attentive and smiled my order away. However, the dining experience itself is often limited, with minimal seating and a more basic ambiance. This makes White Castle a popular choice for a quick grab-and-go meal or a late-night snack.
While White Castle may not offer a gourmet or premium burger experience, it holds a special place in the hearts of many as a nostalgic fast-food option. Its sliders, while simple, have a distinct taste that can satisfy a specific craving. If you're seeking a quick and affordable bite with a touch of nostalgia, White Castle can be a viable option.
