My experience has been, one which I order online, and pick up my pie in about 20 minutes. It is flawless. The customer service is lacking at time but overall solid. I can’t complain. I would suggest downloading the app, and ordering that way. It is a fantastic process.
Well the first this there a worker call Joshua at the store 601 weschester Avenue in the Bronx amazing worker he deserves another promotion. I just can’t explain how genuine he was very polite listens to the customer. I am the happiest customer ever right now and he really really help me with my order so shout out to Joshuap
I'm mostly use Pizza Hut for my public monthly meetings for the resident Council. Although it is convenient I sometimes have a problem with the deliveries. It is ironic because we're only a block and a half away. They attribute this problem to the factor of using these delivery services like doordash, etc. Otherwise the people inside are courteous when you go into order.
This review on the big new Yorker.well it's not so big.6 large sliced with two of them being not sliced will make it regular large pepperoni with 8 sliced.disapointed.i was looking forward to a big newyorker I like pizza hut more.i next time buy the reg.the cinnamon sticks are bussing.pepperoni apple bacon extra cheese.where my toppings
I never had a Pizza Hut in my neighborhood. So it's fun to have one now. Especially it being on my way home from work. I can stop there and grab my favorite pie and go home and enjoy.
Food is always great and the girl behind the counter is very friendly and helpful. Four stars because placing an order by phone is a drag and delivery wait times are way to long.
We had 12 pieces of wings with garlic parmesan cheese this time and the wings were perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious 😋
What does a pizza place know about wings? A lot!!! These are the best wings I ever had. They are juicy and flavorful! I was surprised. Good wings are hard to find and to make. Definitely eating their wings more often

Best pizza and wings I had. Been trying a few different styles. Way better than Dominos! Wings are huge and tasty!
