Excellent service as always, although I have visited many stores in the dunkin chain, this store happens to be my favorite, the one by E Fordham rd and Jerome ave.
GREAT COFFEE AND GREAT ALMOST EVERY MONTH I went there this past Saturday just to buy ice cream. Normally the ice cream is fabulous I bought prepackaged ROCKY ROLL FOR MY CHILD And I order a pint of Jamoa Roca wish you still have nuts dipped in toffee. I believe they were almond now you don’t find any nuts and it really doesn’t taste as good as it used to. I mix it with some pralines and cream, and that’s the only thing that made it bearable, but the ice cream and, Baskin-Robbins has really change in quality and flavor one out of five. I’ll give it a three. One more thing that is not worth buying in the Bronx anymore. So sad to see this neighborhood slowly going to the garbage!

I ordered online my drink was ready when I walked my beverage was made to my liking. The lobby area of the store is small but it was clean and fully stocked with straws and napkins
I always order from here through the app, I take their macchiato with caramel. I order and usually need to walk to 2min to get there and find my coffee ready. Fast and nice people!
This is the best Dunkin in the area because of the crew who are nice and considerate. The store is very small with only two tables. The only issue is they let a homeless guy stand outside blocking the door and demanding money. I go out of my way to use this Dunkin because the one on Kingsbridge is so awful and incompetent.
I have no complaints, I shop there occasionally! I love their glaze donuts most of all.
Typical dunkin but store is a bit small and it gets crowded. Staff is pretty diligent with orders.

Staff was friendly and does a quick service which I really liked coz I was trying to get the next train.
