Local, great food and customer service. Heading there today with the little guy who loves the French Toast. I recommend the pulled pork omelet. Jeff's mess is another favorite, along with the huge pancakes.
An outstanding breakfast, delightful service, and a lovely "country view" all around. Our new "go-to" place in northeastern CT. Thanks, folks!

I have been here once for breakfast. Wow!!!! Amazing good food there. My daughter devour half of her pancake. Took the rest to go. She finished the rest at home. My food was delicious. I just love the area and the view while you sit and dine. Very nice place. Makes you feel at home.
A business we were at in Brooklyn recommended going there for breakfast. It was a nice place with excellent food and service. Will definitely send our friends and family there.
The food and the service was amazing, if I can just recommend that you put a changing table for mothers or fathers with infants in the bathrooms...I was not impressed that my daughter had to put her child onto a cold dirty floor.

The food is always delicious and filling, we always have take home. For me, the plants are the real star! Every nook and cranny has something special growing and I love seeing them all! Seriously though, get the huge sausage it's so good.
My first visit to this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. It was very busy for a Wednesday morning and I can see why. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere reminded me of a grandmother's kitchen. Little antique planters and plants everywhere. They were playing oldies music (I'm talking 50s) but not too loud. The tables overlook the driving range. Pretty country setting. The breakfast was by far the best I've ever had. My eggs were cooked perfectly. This is important to me because I always ask that my yolks are runny but not the white. I hardly ever get it that way at most restaurants. The home fries were sliced thin and nice and crispy with caramelized onions (added by request). The sausage links were huge (just like the menu said they were). I would definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant. I'll be back!
I like the alacarte menu! Sometimes I don’t need a big breakfast but I still want to enjoy the charm great service and fun and special choices. NOW THEY HAVE AN ANTIQUE SHOP UPSTAIRS!!! It’s something to do while you wait.
What a great place! The pancake was ridiculous, huge, fluffy, tasty. The sausage links crazy. 5 of us having 5 different plates and every single thing was great. The only knock and it’s a preference thing was the home fries were bland. 1/4 point taken off for that. Quick service. Friendly staff. Go early or you’ll wait a long time. Will definitely return. Pricing was good too

Fantastic food! The pancakes here are about the size of your face, I mean they're huge! Heavenly eaten here a few times but everything we've gotten has always been good. They have a pretty large selection of all kinds of Benedict's and other breakfast goodies. Prices are pretty reasonable and the staff is always great! Because of all of these things the real only downfall to the place is the wait. If you're lucky you can get in right away, we went on a Sunday morning and had almost an 1.5hr wait. They do have a number of things for you to do while your weight, first there is a driving range and even if you didn't bring any clubs they have some old used ones you can grab to hit with. My daughter and I got a bucket of the balls and tried to chip into the 50 yard net. They also have a room with some games and puzzles. If you're looking for a good place for breakfast just plan accordingly make sure to get there early and you won't be disappointed.
A great little find. Very clean and newly renovated. Service was wonderful. Food came out fast and was great (or better). Nice view and great experience. Certainly recommended.

Hanging around town working on flower beds for The Sunshine Shop, worked up an appetite. Needed some breakfast, and had heard good things about this place, so stopped by while out. At The Sunshine Shop we love beautiful plants, and I was totally surprised when I went in here to see houseplants and succulents everywhere you looked. They were all in great shape and were very well cared for, so it was wonderful to check out. As far as the food, there were many interesting things on the menu I would love to try, but I tested out the classic biscuits and gravy, with an extra side of sausage. Really delicious, great biscuits, excellent sausage, everything was spot on. You can tell they take the time to make sure their food is special. Also nice to see was it seemed to be a family business, with the family and kids there - just like The Sunshine Shop. In this day and age where there's so many big corporate behemoths, it's nice to be able to support businesses owned by members of our community instead.
Highly recommended, be sure to try them out!
Best breakfast place so far I've ever gotten the pleasure to visit. Well worth the trip from RI. Showed up a little after 10am with the intent specifically to get a Mimosa. There were 4 parties of 2 ahead of us so we sat in the sunroom doing a puzzle while we waited. Didn't even wait more than 25 minutes! Not only were the mimosa's delicious but I was blown away how amazing the food was. Big portions so plenty to enjoy later. Great cost for the quality and quantity. Can't wait to come back!
This is one of my favorite places to go have breakfast in the area. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The portions are insanely huge so bring an appetite! The staff is always pleasant and the prices can't be beat for what your getting.
