Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is an absolute must-visit if you find yourself in Rochester! I stumbled upon this gem during my visit and was blown away by the fantastic food. I opted for the combo platter, and let me tell you, it was a feast for the senses and plenty of food even for two light eaters.

The chicken, ribs and brisket were tender and the sauce was tasty.
The fried rice was good. A good portion of the French fries were just fried hard skins. The Mac and cheese was a bit dry.

BBQ is good here. We went when it was nearing closing time and they had ran out of some meats but the others were still good like the ribs. Lots of sides to go with the mains!

I had a great time celebrating my brothers birthday here! We made a reservation so we wouldn’t have to wait to be seated but usually there’s ample seating. Not as crowded but the night was really cold and kept some others in. Had a large family reunion, so it was a mix of ages and dietary restrictions. But the restaurant and server handled everything with ease. We basically had a large room by ourselves, so the server allowed us to have the food buffet

Visited this location to eat and it was delicious! My table got combo plates which lets you get 2 or 3 meats and the platter includes two sides of your choice! Everything tasted good but the cornbread was a little dry.
