Stopped in my old neighborhood because a friend recommended this restaurant. The pizza was the best I've had in years, the bruschetta was great with everything fresh. Quick service as well. Would definitely stop by again on the way home to Staten Island from manhattan! 😊
Best pizza ever! Real, fresh mozzarella. Crushed tomato sauce. Thin perfectly baked crust. I'm getting hungry writing this review. I highly recommend the Diavola pizza.
Awesome top 3 pizza spot in Brooklyn
Amazing brick oven pizza!! Rivals any of those kitschy-wait-in-line-forever establishments PLUS cozy, neighborhood ambiance. Can't wait to go back!
The real deal... tasty pizza and super friendly staff.
Owners and staff are all great people.'The food is always top notch.
My favorite Italian Restaurant! I always feel at home at Peppino's and I get treated like family.
Came from NJ to visit Prospect Park today. Ate at Peppino's & will definitely be back. Excellent pizza & Tony & his staff couldn't have been nicer. Made us feel really welcome.
Great food and service! Kids loved it too! We will definitely be back!
Excellent! Sauce good I Dunno Pizza was a pleasant surprise. Order it, you'll see :)
Great pizza, great service ...staff couldn't have been nicer!
Love going to Peppino's. Great food and great service. TinaMarie is the best waitress.
One of the best eggplant hero's I have ever had, wonderful!!!!
The food was good and plenty, service was great,
Your place was by far the highlight of an otherwise aggravating weekend. Everyone raved about the meal!
Amazing food! Amazing Service Every time! Love it here!!
Great place to eat, I took my mom here for Mother’s Day. Place was empty but that’s okay. It would be great for a date night since it’s romantic and affordable. Everything tastes really really good and they have been around since forever. A true classic, you have to try them out.
Great pizza and a nice menu overall. We came on a Saturday around 5:30 and timing was perfect as the place quickly filled up and pushed the wait list outside. Service was excellent. Overall a nice option to the traditional pizzeria. I had the meatballs and sad to report that I felt it was a bit too mealy. Good flavor but could have been better. My son had a "baby" pizza which was 4 slices. Great crust!
Parking is ok since it's not 7th Ave. Decent number of metered spots.
Love the margarita pizza here! The crust is amazing, thin and crispy from the brick oven. I can’t speak for any of the other menu items bc I haven’t tried them, I always go back to my tried and true 🤪
Food and service was phenomenal. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the pizza so much. Such a cute day date.
Peppinos is a pretty alright joint. Food is good, pizza is great and the $5 garlic bread is the best economical decision you’ll make since hiring someone to do your taxes. The space is cozy and pretty family oriented. 4/5 does a good job
Brick oven Margarita is my fave with the house salad. Wait I love the IDUNNO (half calzone/half pizza!!!!) Great for groups. Pastas are yummy. Specials are good. Dessert is a bust but everything else is a classic A-/B+ Just your solid neighborhood pizza/pasta family restaurant.
Got a baby Margherita and it was AMAZING!!! I will surely be back.
Every time I’ve ordered from Peppino’s the pizza is delivered quickly, warm and tastes like it just came out the oven. Friendly service and such good pizza. Pictured below is the Pizza Parlor with pepperoni, yumm!
Peppino’s is one of those special neighborhood places that can feel like a second home. From the classic red-and-white tablecloths to the pizza oven in back, the waitstaff and the music—the place is authentic and the food is always delicious. Favorites include the eggplant parm sandwich, diavola pizza, garlic bread; the list goes on. It’s worth noting that Peppino’s has a unique pizza crust, which they also use for their sandwiches: crisp but hearty; not too thin, while neither doughy not tough. One of the top crusts in NYC for sure. And most importantly, Peppino’s is consistent—the food hasn’t disappointed even once in my 6 years of in-person and delivery orders. Only complaint is that you pay a little extra for the quality—but when you want quality eats, this place is worth it.
Amazing is all I have to say. Small but cozy place. Easy location to get to. Great selection on food. Great service as well.
A hidden gem in Bay Ridge. Their pizza never disappoints. Their chicken and meatball parmesan heroes are great too.
Nice food, However a Giant floating Pizza pointed to a Tower in the distance with a death laser pointing to the restaurant. So the owner ran over to the tower with anxiety. Weird stuff but the food was good
great pizza and reasonably priced!
There are three perfect pizza places on 5th Ave.
This place is on that list.
Wood fired? Seems it has that nice crust. The sauce is sweet with a tiny bit of spice. Can't go wrong with plain pie and a pepperoni, honestly, not even sure it they offer anything else.
Fried Calamari , Sunday sauce with Pasta, Chicken Parm, Shrimp Parm and pasta, Penne with grilled chicken and Artichokes over pasta . Everything was top notch! We will be back .
The pizza looked great too
It was a loud and tough for me to hear conversation but it the tables were full.. Maybe some sound deadening wall hangings or something of the sort will help with that. I admit I do have problems hearing in louder environments .
great place but the owner of the store ran out yelling while a giant pizza chased him. a short fat guy wearing brown directed him on where to go for some reason. weird experience has anyone else seen this?
I absolutely LOVE the food here!! Service is always excellent & they're super friendly there!!
