Fabrica, an Italian restaurant in Williamsburg, impresses with its beautiful industrial interior and delicious food. However, the lack of proper temperature control made it uncomfortably hot, and the wait for food and drinks was frustratingly long.

Randomly visited Fabbrica because our party was craving oysters. However we found that their pizza were rally good, and their cocktails as well. Ousters were not bad, but some of them were really small, or somewhat less fresh. However, I recommend this place overall!

My husband and i went super excited into this place we were seated right away Juan our server was great, the food is so good i would definitely come back. I must imagine how hard to work with all the craziness and so many people and understaffed we work on the industry too so we were super patients on waiting our food. I give four star to this place because the host was the worst i asked her for the check so she can tell our server im sure Juan was super busy but you can either give me the check or ask him to give it to us but she was using her phone walking around looking at me and ignoring me after i asked her for the check and after more then 20 minutes juan came and we ask him the check but this girl never ask him anything she was literally doing nothing.

Great restaurant, it has everything from Pizza to Pasta and more! I love how big it is and how many lamps there are, tho a baby played with one because they are so low The food took ages (half hour) and didn't rly taste that great! Also it was a bit too expensive for such a tiny portion Overall a nice restaurant though!

Seafood Platter is amazing ! The freshest oyster I've had in a while and the jumbo cocktail shrimp just as fresh . For the entree we had the seafood bevette . I would definitely recommend. The salad and fresh paramesean hit the spot as well. Sorry no pick of the Bevette - look for it on the menu mussels, clams , etc.

Fabrica was one of the first restaurants we visited after moving to the area, and it has completely stunted our mission of trying new ones, we always want to go here! We typically go for dinner but today tried it for lunch, and were not surprised at another incredible meal/experience. The pici limone is to die for (so is everything else we’ve tried 🤤)and the cocktails are always incredibly delicious/stunning. The heated outdoor area keeps you warm on the coldest of days, and they’re always so sweet in accommodating my dog, bringing her water and smiles. The staff is so welcoming and clearly wants to make a wonderful experience for all customers.

Every time I go to NY, I have to go to Fabbrica for cocktails and dinner! Last time I went, it was Valentine's Day. There was such a cozy romantic and cool vibe. I had the best linguine vongole (clams) and a delicious chocolate souffle'. Service is absolutely great, the staff is so friendly and it's a real pleasure so hang out with friends there! highly recommended

My friend and i randomly decided to stop here to get something to eat before making our way to relax by the pier. This spot has a rustic edgy feel that i like and outside seating for the gorgeous weather that is on its way. Yesterday was one of those days hitting high 80s. We settled for pasta and it was very good. I definitely plan to go back and try out one of the pizzas being that they have a stone brick oven. I also noticed passing by in the evening, it was crowded and very inviting. 👌🏾

We stumbled into Fabbrica for a quick bite, after wandering from a nearby exhibit in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Its atmosphere is laid out in an industrial setting, serving Italian fare. Prices are reasonable, and expected for city dinning. The lunch hour provided a welcome quietness that aided us in winding down from being out all afternoon. I ordered the Chitarra al pomodoro fresco which is basically a fancy way of saying, ‘I like the homemade spaghetti, please.’ For my beverage I opt for the homemade lemonade in lieu of a spirit. My friend got the Prosciutto pizza. For my taste buds the spaghetti noodles were al dente perfect! While the sauce left much to be admired. I felt it was a bit on the watery and bland side. Probably the cherry tomatoes made for a more watery like sauce? To stave off the watery blandness, I added some parmigiano cheese in hopes it will solve the salt issue to no affect. Then again, I like my salt! So for all I know the salt level was probably as high as a salt tank but my taste buds are desensitize to it. The lemonade was on point. It was a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and refreshing all around. Overall, Fabbrica provided for a nice lunch, I will definitely go back to try out their Polipo appetizer, another fancy way of saying, ‘The octopus appetizer.’

cute little spot! the tuna tartare was my favorite thing in the world, but i think it’s seasonal. pizza is decent, and the outdoor seating is cute and by the pier. one drink gets me tipsy, so a good bang for your buck
