If you take your burgers seriously, this is the place for you! I had the Craft burger. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had! It's so juicy- be prepared to get messy as you dive in.
Amazing food ! Love a place that has lots of sauces for fries. Plus the onion rings are awesome. The new Hot chicken sandwich was spicy and yummy. My other fave you have to try is the pulled beef burger !
There are not many restaurants that will be so attentive and friendly to young kids and treat them like "real people" but at this place the opposite is true. Took the kids and had the most wonderful experience and the wait staff constantly checked in with both the adults and the kids personally to ensure they were happy and enjoying the food.... The food was indeed amazing the desserts were heavenly so much so it was hard to believe they are parev and the service is top notch. Can't get better then that so 5 stars from me all the way!!
Upside Craft elevates the burger joint scene with their mouthwatering menu, delicious food creations served with creative plating, by very attentive and helpful staff. Also has a nice drink menu with a choice of beers and mixed drinks.

Last night, I had the most amazing burger at upside craft burgers. Everything was served beautifully. The food was made exactly to my specifications. The service was really nice and the wait staff were exceptionally courteous. Everything was done with a smile that made the food taste even better. All in all the experience was something I really have fond memories of and I hope to visit upside in the future.. and by the way after you had the most perfect burger get ready for the most amazing desserts of your life. We had the chocolate egg roll as well as the chocolate molten cake and the cheesecake and the funnel cakes... We Left Upside feeling euphoric and on a foodie high. I only remembered to take pictures of the desserts sorry but the burgers or just so damn Good!

I recently visited this fast food restaurant and had an amazing experience! The store was nice and clean the workers were incredibly nice and provided excellent customer service. The food was ready quickly and absolutely delicious, and they packed my order perfectly. I highly recommend this place for a tasty and enjoyable meal! 🌟🍔🍟
I got dinner the other day when the chefs happened to be doing a deep clean of the restaurant (last Thursday). The fact they were actually thoroughly scrubbing down everything in the kitchen and eating area, gives me comfort that this restaurant’s hygiene is top notch.
For me cleanliness is a number 1 priority, and this store achieved that 10/10.
And the food was rly fresh and just incredible.

Was back there yesterday. As good as before. Food was on point, beer was deliciously cold from the tap, huge crispy onion rings, fantastic grilled chicken salad and pastrami crusted burger.

Great place!!!!!! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was amazing. I'm not gonna lie the food is a bit pricey and there's not much to offer from the menu (they only have burgers). But over all the service was fast and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. My reason for coming back here would be for the phenomenal customer service. Not so much for the price or variety of food.

And the amosphere is very relaxing and comfortable.

I once got my meal right after I finished ordering it, when I asked the cashier how he got it so fast he smiled and said "there was a order from Uber eats same as mine that just got ready, so he gave me that one and placed the next one for Uber eats ( anyway it takes time for UberEATS to pickup)
