Went with my hubby for early lunch. He had the burger which was good, it just wasn't seared so was grey in color. I had a wrap which was fine. The waitress was nice, but service was extremely slow even when it wasn't busy. We've always been huge fans of Pegasus, but last few times have not been so great.
Love this place for brunch! Whether I’m dining alone at the bar or on a date with my boyfriend, I always have a great experience! Sometimes getting a seat can take a while, but the wait is always worth it! The Peaches and Cream French Toast I my go to with a Bellini to drink! The atmosphere is friendly and trendy which attracts a diverse crowd. The service is so good and the staff are all very nice! Overall, one of my favorite brunch spots in Bay Ridge!

We began with a Frappe that was delicious and strong enough to keep that mid-afternoon slump at bay.
Burrito - seasoned satisfactorily but was a little on the sloppy side, enough for us to resort to cutlery.
Peaches and cream pancakes were rather ordinary/forgettable. The peaches were cooked to just the right firmness, though.
~ All in all, a decent breakfast/brunch spot. Portions are generous, so come hungry! And in keeping with the old-school vibe, they only accept cash (and Venmo).

Okay Pegasus. Going all in for Christmas decorations!!! I’ve been here twice with my husband for breakfast and dinner and we really love it. My husband got something sweet while I got something savory. I got the HUEVOS RANCHEROS and my husband got the BANANAS FOSTER FRENCH TOAST. I’m not gonna lie, my husband dish was a nice kick to sweetness. I really like my gosh. The second time I got the same thing. Food was fresh and yummy. The vibes was great and I’ll definitely come again. P.S. the restaurant don’t accept credit card, but cash. However the restaurant now accept Venmo which is great. Definitely give this spot a try.
I had the bananas foster French toast and it was amazing. My daughter had chicken and waffles and they were delicious 😋. Need to go back and try other items on their menu.
Best breakfast in bay ridge. I am glad that I tried this restaurant. The food was delicious. Coffee was good and you must order their fresh orange Juice. The staff is super friendly. The service is fast. 10/10

There is no place like this. It’s my most favorite place to eat in all of NYC. Delicious food, and the kindest and best restaurant owner I know. I’ve been going here for YEARS, and have loved it the whole time. The most delicious French fries in NYC— hands down.
The original and spectacular brunch menu—- you must try it. My favorite soup ever—- avgolemono! The sauce that comes with the chicken and waffles (you NEED to taste it). The food is fresh, and you will love all of it.
Please do yourself a favor, and even if there is a wait (it’s likely/possible, because people know how superb this place is), trust me— it’s WORTH IT. Everyone who works at Pegasus is so kind and welcoming. They work really hard and offer an incredible experience.
Fresh squeezed orange juice? YES. Delicious milkshakes? YES.
Thank you, Pegasus, for being such a major part of why I love this city. I will love this place forever and visit it as often as I can.

The huevos rancheros on their brunch menu is SO GOOD. The staff was super friendly even when they seemed pretty busy. Their orange juice is pretty fresh too, they look like they make it in house. I am definitely coming back here, the price of food is worth the quality.
This little neighborhood place is a delight… it’s family run, and the food and wait staff were extraordinary. I tried the CHICKEN & WAFFLE (Chicken strips coated with a crispy panko crust, served with a Belgian waffle & our own honey-dijon maple butter sauce on side), chicken strips can be cut with a fork ;) and my Husband ordered the BANANAS FOSTER FRENCH TOAST
(Challah bread French toast topped w/ caramelized bananas in a rum maple sauce, topped with a scoop of mascarpone whipped cream) and roasted Pecans. The coffee was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised they made my hot chocolate with real milk upon request! It’s cash or Venmo only, and for your convenience, there’s an ATM machine in the back if you need it, so if you’re in the mood to try something fun and different… this is the place :)

We loved Pegasus. The atmosphere was great... Warm and inviting. The staff was super friendly and catered to our every need. The food was amazing! The fruit was super fresh, and the orange juice was fresh squeezed. I totally recommend the Bananas Foster French toast. It was so good!

One of my favorite to go places when I visit New York. I have been here multiple times with family and we absolutely love it. It does stay busy and there may be a short waiting time, but the service is fast and excellent. I've only tried the breakfast but the multiple times I have been there it has been very good. The food is freshly cooked, tastes very good, and I always look forward to having a nice cup of coffee from here. This is a great restaurant with a cozy environment and a great menu. Highly recommended!

I would love a chicken taco option. Large menu. Something for everyone. Everything tasted great as it looked! The service was wonderful and fast. They accommodate very well and very kind! Their shakes are wonderful as well! Their coffee was great and pancakes were to die for!
Back again! I love it here. This time I treated myself to the Bananas Foster French Toast. Decadent. Soaked in rum maple butter sauce with pecans on top. I felt like a princess eating “dessert” for breakfast.
The food was delicious, fresh and fast! The orange juice was fresh squeezed. It is cash only just reminder. The service was excellent ..slow on getting us the check but it was fine bc we were stuffed.
I've been coming here for breakfast with my family for 15+ years. Everything is amazing, but Pegasus hands down makes the best home fries I've ever had. I also love how the new owners have spruced up the place, and how friendly and conversational they are with the customers. Definitely don't leave Bay Ridge without having tried Pegasus.
