I went there yesterday afternoon with my wife after we went to IKEA to get some furniture, obviously I wanted to try it since I saw the episode on YouTube. Everything about this neighborhood speaks family, cultural and home made. Sals pizzeria and mamma Maria’s restaurant make this neighborhood look amazing, now on to the food, while we didn’t stay for a huge dinner we grabbed a few slices and let me tell you, those slices are exactly how pizza is supposed to be made, traditional pizza done the absolute best way. I ordered a salad from the restaurant to try it, that was the best salad I’ve ever had, I don’t think I’ve ever had to say that because who thinks of a salad like that? But that salad was amazing, you can taste how fresh the ingredients were, and from dining at many other places that claim to have fresh ingredients they hold no water to sals and mamma Maria’s. The decor here is definitely warm and inviting, the outdoor dining experience was great and definitely welcoming. John’s hard work definitely shows in the food here I loved it. Will definitely visit again

$5 per topping on a small pizza seems a little crazy. Also their online menu says $3.50 for a glass of bad wine but it's $7 around dinner? Just say so. Very very tasty pizza. Got a fresh pie, not sure about by the slice.. really good stuff

Just saw this on kitche nightmares , and I must say, WOW what a difference. It is excellent and the food was so delicious and luckily not mouldy!😂

I love this Gem! This restaurant and the owner has a special place in our families life. They have been with us since our 3rd date! We are now married almost 6yrs with a 3yr old! Best Italian food and even my Lo eats it! Go here, you won't be disappointed. Must try the Tiramisu, you won't be disappointed. It inspired me to learn how to make Tiramisu, since they were closed due to the pandemic. So happy they are open!
