A true community coffee shop, the Tug both is a hub of activity, and a peaceful haven, serving deliciousness either way.

Great lil cosy place right by the Q Prospect Park stop. Good coffee, omg Maple Shay Lattes and Nutella Mochas!! Decent breakfast menu and baked goods. Delish Lox, Cream Cheese ona perfectly toasted Everything Bagel. Ciabatta, eggs and bacon. Friendly efficient service, good music, board games and a rotation of local artist work on the walls. Solid neighborhood spot.

Nice little coffee shop where they don’t mind you sitting with a laptop. I knocked off one star because they were out of 90% of teas listed on their menu and because they don’t have a restroom (which you definitely need after drinking a large coffee).

Great local coffee (and tea) house with a simple, but excellent selection of sandwiches, bagels, and baked goods. Tugboat has an extremely friendly staff and a warm and welcoming attitude. Best of all IMO they have art shows, curated by the local arts group PLG Arts as well as literary nights organized by the establishment's staff.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite places to work from for an hour or two during the day. Great coffee, sandwiches and a sweet or two. Strong wifi, a few outlets and ample seating. Super nice staff and an overall great spot to grab a quick lunch.

A center of the community in the neighborhood. Friendly staff and friendly neighbors gather daily to start their day. Great coffee, fresh bagels and doughnuts, and a growing list of other tasty items from the tiny kitchen. Local art showcased throughout the space. Tugboat is everything a coffee house should be.

A great friendly neighborhood spot. The breakfast food is excellent while the coffee is decent but not superb. Enjoyed the new dinner menu as well, though it is limited.

+++ - With all the new coffee shops opening in the area, I think this is the best - Can't go wrong with DOUGH donuts ++ - All the sandwiches are amazing, I forgot the names but I really liked the mozzarella/basil and the prosciutto/mustard - - If you go too late on a Sunday, they run out of a lot of items

It's a Place of CrossUrbanCulture. Food and Music compliments any weather for people to come and eat at a place that feels PRIDEFUL. A small intimate spot, but less is more. Because if your outside the smells of the grill leads you in to find a seat, plug up and relax, any day in this world we call Brooklyn. Various Teas, Coffee, and a variety of Food surrounded by Artwork, High Ceilings, and Good people. Vibe out and Enjoy. #Cafe #Diner #MomPopsDiner

Love this place. It's small, but cozy. Drink selection is great; their teas are delicious. Perfect neighborhood spot, and right near the park.

This is a real cool coffee shop. Great wifi and the food is pretty good. On Tuesday nights they have a band and the drummer is super cute.
