Found this place by accident yesterday. I bought some cookies, a piece of strawberry shortcake, lobster tail and an Italian bread. When I say the bread was probably the best Italian bread I have ever tasted, I am not lying. I was flying back home to Orlando so I hoped that the cookies would not only travel well but also taste fresh. They were delicious. I will definitely stop by whenever I am back in NYC. While visiting I chatted with a women who may have been the owner buy she was very nice as well. Definitely recommend this bakery and do not leave without buying an Italian bread. I'm bummed I didn't buy more than 1.
I’ve been coming here the past 30 years and their bread is baked to perfection. Although I moved further away I still will drive out to get my bread from here.

Very good and pretty unexpected. Whole wheat bread is very good, croissants are decent. And some puff pasty with sweet cheese is great.

Hands down the best bakery!! I recently had to order for my daughtes baptism and the staff, the baker and the owner helped me make it such a great experience from ordering to pick up. I gave a pretty vague description of how I would want my cake as it was the center piece of out desserts only feast. I wanted it high and pretty..lolThe baker did an amazing job and we received so many compliments on the look and taste. This is the 4th time we have special oredered and we have never been disappointed. I also ordered a whole bunch of cookies, pastries and tarts etc. The fruit tarts are to die for and the cannolis are HUGE. And even better, all those goodies and excellent flavors without breaking the bank. This is my go to place for any party needs. They always deliver high quality and excellent service.
